Lovely place to stay and would comeback again

Solid budget property. Right beside the train station, so very easy to navigate anywhere in osaka. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was simple but satisfying. Would certainly recommend.

There is no exercise room, no swimming pool, and laundry roim. The room is tiny and can barely fit two persons. Its very dark inside. I would not stay here again

Hotel very well located. Close to Metro Train station, shopping and restaurant with a 24hours convenient store next door and across the road. Hotel room is well equip and clean.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. This hotel is great if you are out all day and just need a place to sleep. The rooms are small and doesn't provide much space for luggage or extras. It does not have ammenties in the bathroom other than soap and shampoo. So if you are out of toothpaste, need a comb, etc. you'll have to go down to the front desk and ask for it. I can't remember if it's free or cost extra as I had all my things with me.

Near train station. Extremely dated hotel but good for a budget.

Just a quick 1 night business trip. Great location, super fast check in, free breakfast. Everything I needed for 1 night but just a pretty simple and average business hotel overall.

Good location and near the esaka station.

The hotel offers free breakfast which we liked a lot because it saved us time looking for resto for breakfast. The hotel staff were very friendly, however English language in some of the front desk staff is a concern but not much of a problem. Very near Esaka Station, hence very convenient if one wish to use public transportation in Osaka which is also very efficient.

Close to underground train station, lots of shops nearby. Convenient.

The staff was very helpful. They spoke little english but it was enough to help. The room was comfortable but a litle small but hey all you are doing is sleeping ao that shouldnt be a problem

We stayed 4 nights in a non-smoking room with double bed. The room is slightly bigger than some other Japanese hotel rooms we stayed in. Still, space would be tight for people travelling with large luggage. The bed is not quite a full double bed, but sufficiently comfortable for small size people. The furnishings/bathroom facilities are rather dated, but functional and kept very clean. Front desk staff provided helpful service in limited English, looking up train schedules suggesting travel routes when inquired. WiFi connection was fast and reliable. The complimentary breakfast buffet although simple, but had adequate selection. We especially liked that it included freshly prepared lettuce/salad. The hotel is only few minutes walk from subway station, and is conveniently located among restaurants, corner stores, pharmacies, super market. Although on a commercial strip, we didn't hear any noise from the street (our room faced back). During our stay, the hotel was fully booked, but all the guests were respectful and quiet mannered. We didn't hear loud noises and didn't smell cigarettes in the elevator, lobby and corridor. The stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience.

Overall it is a pleasant stay considering the value that I paid. this hotel located in Esaka which is 9 stops to Osaka Namba and 4 stops to Umeda. The subway line (Midosuji) is 3 minutes walk, you can see the train from the hotel. The room is standard size for budget hotel which is very small especially bed. It is a half king size and I have to sleep in different direction (rotate 45 degrees). The breakfast is the same throughout my stay which I can't complaint.

部屋が広くて静かで快適に過ごせました。

出張で利用しました。チェックイン予定時刻より早く着いたのですが、嫌な顔もせず対応して頂きました。朝食付きも有り難いです。
