What Guests Say About Their Stay

Staffs can speak english very well. They are also very helpful and nice! They let us store our luggages before check in and after check out as long as it's on the same day. Really love the hospitality. The room is not as small as I thought, it's actually enough for two with 1 big luggage, 1 small luggage and 2 backpacks. The room is also neat and clean, the bathroom is small but functional. There is a 7-eleven downstairs. Close to Akatsaka-Mitsuke Station. What else can I say? Oh, there's an onsen too inside the hotel. Overall, it's superb.

Lovely and super helpful staff. Really friendly and polite despite my poor Japanese. The hotel is very well presented inside, the room was at pictured on booking website. It was cleaned well. The little extras made all the difference (bar each night with soft drinks and little skincare sachets). The onsen area is also well equipped with everything you may need to prepare and the timings for men versus women work very well as they altenerate across the week. The hotel also gives you an option to choose a pillow of a different type and pyjamas are available too near the lift up to hotel rooms. I'd definetly recommend this to stay and will be to friends and family that may visit Tokyo. The area is perfectly connected with 2 stations within 10 minute walk and was a welcome haven from the crazy of the busier areas.

The room was similar to Apa hotel rooms - small, compact, etc. The bed was large and had a top bunk bed, but the layout was bad for two people to store and use two suitcases. Outlets were fewer than I'm accustomed to and in strange locations for charging. The room was otherwise very clean and the bathroom was identical to Apa/LiveMax compact bathrooms. The main thing I would have changed would be space to put large suitcases. The rest of the hotel was fine - there's an onsen, but only one, so the timing for when men and women can use it rotates (at any given time, only men or only women can access it). Because of this, using it when traveling with an opposite-gender partner is tricky - when one person is using it, the other person is alone and doesn't have an onsen to use. Tattoos are allowed in the onsen. There's a bathroom in the lobby, which is nice, and a large table/cafeteria space that's good for meeting friends and planning and stuff. There's also a coin laundry but I didn't use it. The hotel is above a 7-11, which is very convenient. It's older, but was clean and everything worked.

Yes the room is small but it is enough for me as a solo traveller who only stay to shower and sleep. They have an onsen and they allocate a time for men and women and do soak at their salt water after a long day of walking around Tokyo. Free to use pajama if you don't have one, slippers, disposable toothbrush, foot massager, Y100 laundry and they provide the laundry soap, new towels every day with water bottleThe hotel is right next to a 7-11, a family mart a block away, Harry Potter theme station (Akasaka) 3 blocks away, Akasaka-mitsuke 7 mins walk. It's located in a blue-collar neighborhood so there's A LOT of good food aorund the area.
