The room is on the smaller side, but the bed is FIRM and perfect for us. The hotel is extremely clean, our towels were changed daily even without us asking. The staffs are attentive and kind, one of them even helped me when I locked myself out of my locker in the public bath inside the hotel. They tried to make our stay as enjoyable as possible, that when I came back to the same hotel after a two day side trip, they still remember the pillow that I preferred and have them ready in my room upon check in!! Also, I requested the same room as my old reservation before and they managed to do that for me. Of all the 3-star chain business hotel, I think Super Hotel is one of the best and I will definitely stay at this location again. Highly recommended!!

The hotel wins on two fronts: location near Tokyo station and its staff.
This hotel is a five minute walk to Tokyo stations Yaesu central exit - which is a huge benefit to luggage inundated travelers. Especially at the end of your trip. It is also a five minute walk to the Ginza line at the very clean and nice Kyobashi station.
The staff and their professionalism is also incredible. This staff made me feel like royalty and were very kind. Seriously, above and beyond service.
The rooms are a standard size and shape for many hotels you will find in the area, and I recommend choosing a pillow (yes you can choose your pillow) on the first floor when you check in. That said, what separates this hotel from others is the staff. And it’s location make this a gem for any traveler who wants to stay in that particular area.
