蛇口から出る水が健康イオン水で、とてもありがたかった。
対応して下さったスタッフさん全員が、笑顔で親切でした。心地良き時間を過ごさせて貰いました。次回来る時も利用させて下さいませ。

部屋の鍵が暗証番号なので手ぶらで出かけられたり、チェックアウトの手続きをしなくていいので時間ギリギリまでゆっくり滞在することができました。
また、大浴場のお湯も良かったです。

駅やアリーナが徒歩圏内で飲食にも困らず便利でした？大浴場もよかったのですが部屋のユニットバスが下水の匂いが酷かったのでそこが改善されれば5でした。

・チェックインが15：00で、その前に到着したのですが、荷物を預かって頂き助かりました。
・EVを使わず階段で上階まで行けるので、1-2階分の移動には便利なのですが、宿泊者以外でも宿泊フロアにアクセスできるのがセキュリティの面でちょっと心配です。
・朝食は美味しかったです。スタッフが焼きたてクロワッサンを配ってくださって、熱々を頂きました。

炭酸泉の大浴場はせっかくなので
窓からわずかに竹や緑が見えると
いいのにと残念です。
土曜の宿泊は他の部屋の音や廊下の
子供の足音や声が気になりました。
館内はいい香りがしました。
ユニットバスは出入口が高く危ない
室内スリッパは使い捨てでお願いしたい。
浴場で自分のが分からなくなるし
蒸れて気持ちが悪い。
