The accommodation was truly outstanding. The attention to detail in the design of the apartments and in house facilities were exceptional however the reception staff lacked basic training and knowledge which was disappointing.

We had a comfortable spacious room with a view of buildings in the foreground and the mountains with trees changing to autumn colours. It was great having a sitting area with a small table. There are quite a few stairs and no elevator. Everything is impeccably clean. There are free laundry machines to use.

what an incredible stay! The staff was super helpful, friendly, professional, respectful, and kind! The room was great and exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything was clean and well-maintained. We will definitely be staying here when we come back!

Excellent & simple facilities with everything you need. Lots of stairs, but if you are going skiing you kind of need to be good with that. Staff are extremely accommodating and help you with your luggage. Tengu Sushi & Teppanyaki restaurants were delicious.

Amazing boutique hotel in a great location near skiing and restaurants. The bed was very comfy, the room was perfect for our family of 4, and the breakfast was delicious - you just pick whatever you want off the cafe menu.

Stayed in mid August. Great place and location… only hicups were parking and the uphill distance to the lift. Having to ride bikes up the hill was not great start mid August but the had buke storagd and I would not mind the walk in Winter. Parking was a bit complicated and a bit of a pain to grab things and pack up but location trumped that inconvenience. I just tried to find time in winter but it appears booked out. Location was as a good as I have had in Nozowa - right in the heart of the village overlooking prime Noz attractions.

Great place in the Centre of town with the onsen nearby Nice service with nicely decorated suites . Will definitely come back again .

実に楽しい温泉街のど真ん中

The location was excellent and the main reason I chose this property. The room met expectations, though I could still hear television noise from another room even in the low season. The building’s layout was unusual but not problematic, though luggage must be carried up a steep staircase. The front desk requires serious improvement. At check-in, staff only confirmed my booking, gave minimal instructions, and provided my room number and password. There were no words of welcome, no explanation of facilities or the area, and no offer of assistance. The process felt purely procedural, with no sense of hospitality. Parking guidance created further issues. I was told unloading from the rear lot was convenient and confirmed I could enter from there, but it was not possible. After repeated calls, staff finally said I had to return to the front to finish check-in. This wasted time and could have been resolved in minutes. Even when I voiced frustration, staff insisted their explanation was correct, without acknowledgment. When I asked for a manager, the staff disappeared without explanation and later assisted another guest. Eventually, I spoke to a representative by phone and completed check-in about 45 minutes after first arriving. At no point was there an apology or gratitude. If the front desk only processes paperwork without warmth, a machine could do so more efficiently while still offering courtesy.

５月に家族で利用して、今回は年寄りの両親の宿として予約しました。 本人らいわく「年を取ると宿で出される料理が多すぎる。せっかく温泉街を宿から出ずに楽しめない。」とのこと。 外食で好きな物を好きな量で楽しめて、夜の温泉街を散策できたと、この宿のコンセプトに合った利用方法でした。 日曜日の夜に宿泊したので、月曜日の朝食を頼もうとしたらカフェが休業でした。もちろん、朝市もやっていません。そのため、部屋の冷蔵庫に牛乳とシリアルをサービスして頂きました。ありがとうございました。 宿は改装されたようで、とにかく快適です。 宿に求めることが、人と違うと思いますが、私の旅のスタイルには最適です。

野沢温泉のランドマークである「大湯」の向かいに立地し、大変分かりやすい場所にあります。 建物は古いと思われますが、相当のリノベーションがされており、特に部屋は今日び風でした。 宿泊時に注意すべきは、部屋に風呂がありません。シャワーがありました。私は家族で外湯を楽しむ目的で宿泊したので、外湯には体を洗う設備とスペースが無い以上、シャワーだけが却って都合良かったです。 宿泊プランは素泊まりでした。ちょうど早朝に朝市を開催していたので、好きな物を買って部屋食で済ませました。ただ、ゴールデンウィークだったことも重なり、夕食難民になり困りました。予約できるなら、予約した方が確実です。

スタッフさんも丁寧で宿泊施設も素晴らしかったです。朝食もすごく美味しかった。 機会があればまた利用したいです。

清潔でとても気持ち良く過ごせました 周辺にもクラフトビールのお店や、温泉も歩いて行ける距離にありとても楽しかったです

施設は新しくは無いですが、オシャレなカフェやバーなどが施設内にあり朝ごはんはそのオシャレなカフェで種類が多いセットから 一品と飲み物を選べました。1500円相当のもの朝ご飯がついてくるだけでも、お得な気分になりました。 また、スノボをしに行きましたが、ゲレンデから１０分かからなくて、ゲレンデも遊歩道がありそこは歩くエスカレーターなので、実質歩くのは５分くらいでした。 スノボのセットを出し入れが裏から入って置いとける場所があり、そこには暖房が入っていて乾かせる部屋があります。いちいち準備しなくてよいので楽ちんでした。 一つ残念なのは、部屋は2階でそこまでいくのにかなり廊下が長く階段も何回かあり、簡単に忘れ物をしたくはないな、、って思ってしまいました。ユニットバスなので、お風呂は温泉街に行きました。温泉はシャワーないので気をつけた方が良いと思います。 外人の方が8割で異国に来た感じで楽しかったです。 また機会があれば伺いたいです。

野沢温泉中心街にあり非常に立地が良かった。夕食は徒歩30秒圏内にある居酒屋とイタリアンに。また、日影ゲレンデまでの遊ロード(エスカレーター)へも、徒歩5分程でアクセス良い。そして、外湯「大湯」までは徒歩10秒！ スタッフもフレンドリーで近隣施設を紹介してくれたり、いつも宿に帰ってくると心暖かい挨拶してくれて心地よかったです。 今回は朝食付きで2泊しましたが、朝食は直ぐ下のカフェで非常にバリエーション豊かなメニューから選べて美味しかった。欧米のリゾートホテルで出るような朝食クオリティで非常に満足です。

非常に良いロケーションでした。 大雪の中でしたが、買い物も温泉も夕食やちょい飲みも全く気軽に歩けます。 家族5人で2泊しましたが、室内も広くて快適、若干壁が薄いのか隣の音が気になりましたが、それ以外は静かで快適でした。 スタッフの方も気さくに応じてくれました。朝食も素敵なレストランで、メニューも割とあり美味しかったです。是非また利用したいです。
