Pros: Image of hotel rooms in accordance with what is in the photo. Walk 400km from shinjuku station, around the hotel many places to eat. Receptionist is friendly even though there are some who do not understand English. Breakfast is not available in the application, but it turns out the hotel provides a simple free breakfast of: bread, bananas, tea, coffee and water. I like to stay in this hotel. Oh yeah one more thing, when checking in we will be given a black bag whose contents are: large towel, small towel, face mask, shower cap, toothbrush and toothpaste. The bathroom is spacious and very clean. Weaknesses: There is no elevator, so for those of you who carry large luggage, prepare extra strength to lift the suitcases, and incidentally at Shinjuku Station there is no elevator to get out either. So extra strength to lift a large suitcase.

This hotel is good for travelling. The staffs are so humble and nice, they give you breakfast (banana, coffee and tea, and bread) for free 👍🏼👍🏼. The rooms are clean, the toilets also clean, and they have both shower and bathtub! I recommend this hotel for you who want to stay near shinjuku area 😊

Honestly, I am more of a splurge on a hotel room kind of girl so I was pretty hesitant about staying in a shared space. This far exceeded my expectations, the beds were spacious, comfy, and private. Would definitely stay again.

I hold the Hotel management responsible for the amount of garbage that accumulates in the dorm floors… the garbage cans are too small and too few for the amount of people that are housed. Trash piles up and overflows onto the floors. Most disgusting were the feminine hygiene pads that were on the floor. DO NOT BLAME HOUSEKEEPING……the rooms and facilities were clean when I checked in. However as the dorm floor filled up with women, it was not possible for all of us to keep the place tidy because there was no place to throw basic garbage!

It was my first time staying at this hotel and I will say, I really enjoyed it! The hotel staff was very friendly and kept the place clean. The dorms were also separated by genders, too, which was a plus for me. I will say it's a bit on the small size, since it's a capsule hotel, so I'd recommend it for solo travelers or if you're traveling with one other person. But, I will definitely book here again, on my next trip!

It was convenient, and very clean. The capsule itself was nice and comfortable. Only thing I didn’t like was there was no area big enough to change your clothes in other than the shower or your capsule, which made for awkward changing.

Don't expect to be staying at the Hilton. Howevet, for the price you pay, you do receive all the amenities you need. The true shining light facility is the staff. They're incredibly kind and will assist any way they can.

The property location is great, close to the subway station, close to convenient stores.
The towels are by far the nicest I have ever use in any hotel before.
For the bed I would suggest to use an odor ban, once you close the courtain the smell of stinky feet from previous guest is overwhelming.
It was nice to have toiletries available.
The staff was courteous.
