Love this hotel. The customer service is the best I have experienced so far across Japan and other countries. I appreciate the caring and consideration that staff have taken care for us. I appreciate having such quite family space in Kyoto which was exactly we were looking for. The quality of the amenities and the services are best of best. Highly recommend

洗面所が狭く、洗面ボウルも一つしか無く、トイレの蓋も自動で何度も開いてしまいました。ベッドの横に空調があり、風の音で眠れないため、止めるしかありませんでした。朝方4時前にゴミ収集車の音で3,4回目が覚めてしまいました。食事は夕食、朝食共に素晴らしかったので、不満は部屋のみです。

門をくぐった時から始まる素晴らしいもてなしと、シンプルで和モダンな館内室内が心を落ち着かせてくれます。観光ではなくここでの時間を過ごすためだけに訪問しました。広く清潔な室内は、静かな時間を過ごすにふさわしい。いずみでの夕食をいただきました。旬の食材に手間をかけたそれぞれの料理、特に八寸は注目に値します。日本酒も楽しめて、とても若いスタッフですが細かな気遣いがとてもよい。英語も中国語も使えます。また行きたい

彼女の誕生日旅行、またプロポーズの場所として宿泊させて頂きました。当日レストランは、予約で埋まっていたので部屋にケーキと花束を用意してもらいました。外に食事に出ていたので、チェックインが遅い時間になってしまいましたが、遅い時間帯にも関わらず、スムーズな対応をして頂き思い出に残る旅行となりました。お部屋の雰囲気もとても良く、また旅行に行く機会があったら是非宿泊させて頂きたいです。
