Hotel is quiet, efficient and clean. Bfast was included and we opted for in room delivery which was very nice. Miyahira-San was extremely attentive and helpful. Easy access to restaurants, shopping, Canal City and Tenzin park, nice during Christmas.

We love this property. It is very kids friendly and we enjoy the larger tatami space for lounging and packing. Staff is very friendly and is always available. Breakfast was western style and was very delicious.

아이 데리고 지내기에 이만한 곳이 없었습니다. 침대도 있지만 다다미 부분도 있어서 어린 아이와 잘 때 떨어질 위험이 없어서 좋았어요. 캐널시티 걸어다닐만 했구요. 버스 정류장 5분거리라 생각보다 가깝고 라라포트 한번에 가는 버스 있었습니다. 편의점은 30초정도면 갈 수 있었습니다.
전체적으로 깨끗했고 다음에도 후쿠오카를 간다면 또 갈게요^^

Amazing amazing service. Hotel manager greeting us from our taxi… to helping us find restaurants to dine, to showing us to the elevator, our ferry changed due to weather and they were so accommodating fir the cancelation of one of the nights…. Just so lovely everyone. The room was a bit small for our family of 4 but to be expected of Japan hotel. In retrospect should have reserved 2 rooms. Our fault.

スタッフの方々の対応が格別に良かったです。子ども連れには和室もあり、寝たりできるので、オムツ替えなどとても楽でした。
周辺がファッションホテル街なので、少し気になりましたが、ビジネスホテルや飲食店が増えてきているので気にならない方にはオススメです。

원피스 스타일이라 너무 불편했고

침대가 생각보다 작아서 불편했지만 다다미바닥이 있어서 편했고 매일 깨끗이 청소해주셔서

外観の雰囲気から期待が高まりましたが、中もとてもおしゃれで清潔でした。お部屋の畳では横になってお昼寝したり、クッションを使って本を読んだりできます。照明もスイッチが多く、好みの明るさに調節できます。
ワインバーも利用しました。部屋は狭く簡易的ですが、美味しく頂き、贅沢な気分になれました。ありがとうございました。

낮에는 텐진 돈키호테&텐진 지하상가 쇼핑하고, 저녁에는 나카스강(포장마차 있는 라인) 야경보고 캐널시티 야간 분수쇼보고, 이치란본점에서 라멘까지 먹으면 최고!!

아침에 조식도 깔끔하고, 무료 와인 한 잔씩 맛보기 마실 수 있어서 좋았어요! 숙소 내부도 좋았음!!!
단점은 히터가 빵빵하게 안틀려서 살짝 춥다는 점...? 한겨울만 아니면 좋을 것 같아요!
그리고 직원분들도 친절하셨어요! 저희가 간 날 비가 왔는데, 수건을 들고 마중나와주셨어요. 감사합니다^^
