A bit dated, but good business hotel near the Fukuoka International Convention Centre. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. I am fluent in Japanese so I did not need to use English, but I heard them all speak English very well.

This hotel is very clean and the services are exceptionally good. I chose it because I was competing in the World Masters Swimming Championship which was just two blocks away. It provides everything you need for a short stay. Space is limited, but it has everything. Facilities and conditions are comparable to the Marriott Courtyard in America. But it has better services and far better breakfast.

今回、初めて宿泊いたしました。近くで、学会があり参加のためでした。
ホテルは、静かな環境で、朝食なサービスもありました。
客室も思いのほか、広くて荷物の置き場に困る事はありませんでした。
無料のお水なサービスもあり、嬉しく思いました。
ホテル自体は、新しいとはいえませんが、綺麗に掃除もされており、職員の方の対応もみなさん素晴らしかったです。
チェックアウトの日は、雨が強くて、その事を話していたら、ハウスキーパーさんが、不要になった傘を、「折りたたみ傘より濡れませんよ」と言って渡してくれました。みなさん、本当に親切でした。次回は、観光で利用させて頂きたいです。ありがとうございました。

1泊で利用しました。
二名で利用しダブルベットのお部屋を選択。
近くの会場でライブがあり近いとこが良かったため探しているとこちらがヒットし良さそうだったので利用しました。
良かった点は
朝食付きであること。エントランスの方が丁寧な方であったこと。くらいです。
マイナスな点は
各室に入るのに鍵で入るのですが､鍵が非常に使いずらく最初開けるのに大変苦労しました。今どきカードキーなどでセキュリティがしっかりしてる所も多い中こちらのドアは簡単に入れそうな気がしてセキュリティで不安を感じました。
部屋がとにかく狭かったです。
2人で泊まるため2人用のベッドが1つのタイプの部屋にしましたが本当に狭い、荷物置いたら本当に2人用なの？と疑うほどでした。
部屋の中はシンプルな作りでしたが、コンセントは少ない､軽く食事や荷物を置ける机など無し。服など上着をかけておくスペースは小さくとても2人で使うには不便でした。
アメニティもさほど充実はしておらず必要最低限のものはありましたが､特にパジャマは一般的な服とズボンではなくて裸の上から羽織紐で結ぶようなもので使いずらく、また恥ずかしくて仕方がありません。
お風呂もここは温泉は一切なく各部屋の個浴で済ますのですが､トイレと一体型なので床が少し汚く湯の出し方も分かりずらく全体的に使いずらかったです。
恐らくここのホテルはもう利用しないと思います。
1泊目2泊目は、別ホテルを利用したため余計に差を感じてしまい不服な点が多く感じました。

仕事でお世話になりました。部屋は広くなく、設備も新しくはないのですが、清潔でした。ラウンジも居心地良かったです。ただ空調は個別で調整できるようにして欲しいです。

おしゃれにリニューアルされているのは評価するけど、機能的にどうなのか…??手洗いが部屋にあるが実際使うと背が低い自分では、周りがびしょびしょに濡れて床が水びたし…シャワーは水圧が低く、ストレスが増した。

施設としては古め。部屋は清潔でコンパクト。卓上に鏡が欲しい。ドア裏の姿見鏡の横にコンセントがあり姿見で髪を整えた。無料朝食が大変美味しかった。
