The OneFive Osaka Namba Dotonbori

It was okay. Love the area, close to everything I wanted to experience.

The hotel is pretty standard, felt more like a motel. Didn’t feel super clean, the walls were kind of dirty and overall just felt icky. It was very bare bones but the room itself was a decent size for Japan. The location is great as it’s in the heart of Don. I recommend it as a short stay, but deff did not want to be there longer than just a place to sleep for a couple hours. Check out is at 10am.

Provided unsafe conditions in the room and did not bother to accommodate us. Dripping water from AC onto beds beside electrical outlet. Had to contact Expedia to submit a compensation request. Manager did not seemed to care about the giant safety concern. Only thing good about this place is the friendly front desk staff. Rooms were midly dirty ish and smelled. Power turned off throughout the night multiple times. Would never enter the vicinity of this Hotel again. I recommend the Hotel Vista 2 minutes behind this “Onefive” hotel. Should be named “ 1 out of 5 “ Hotel because thats the service they provided. Would give a 0 if i can.

Simply. The WOREST hotel I’ve stayed at. It’s convenient but super dirty and smelly.

Very loud music from the street bar. the windows are poorly insulated and you can hear all the sounds from the street. there was a very strong smell of urine in the bathroom. the base of the toilet was very dirty. but otherwise everything was clean

It was fine place. Good location to the tourist stops in Osaka

The room was quite small. The room was not very clean. The tub needed some scrubbing. The room gets quite dusty since we ran the AC while in the room. D through the night. The lovation was very central and was easy to get around. The scene at night was quite busy. You need your room key to enter the lobby and the key to operate the elevator to get to your room. If one person has the key, they will need to come down to the lobby to let you in.

Good location but the nightclub across the road was very loud

The rooms were very small I thought the pictures were misleading Too much noise till late due to the area it’s in Convenient location for station , food and shopping 7 eleven next door

Cleanliness was lacking but they did provide fresh towels and took out garbage every day. The bathrooms were moldy and things weren't cleaned during the stay

What I love about this hotel is that it’s in the Doutonbori area. If you plan to stay in Doutonbori for shopping, this is the best place to stay. Also, a 7-Eleven is just beside the hotel. The room is spacious and clean, and the amenities are excellent. The staff are friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

Very close to everything. Perfect location!

It is exactly in the heart of the Dotonbori. You can walk to multiple train stations within 10min. That's it for the good. Now, first, upon check in, we were told that they would perform a full cleaning of the room only once and they made us select which day it was. This never happened. We asked to have a taxi called to go to the airport, they told us to walk to the taxi stand. We had to ask for new towels because they didn't change them regularly. After checkout there is no room for storage luggages and the hotel invites you to leave them to a common room but also mention that they take no responsibilities whatsoever if something happen. In general the staff has been very unhelpful and lacking the hospitality you would expect by any hotels. There is also no safe in the room to store your valuables, also, there is a message saying to dial 9 for reception, however, there is no phone for it..... No service water provided either, and the aircon was a bit weird, going on/off at random times.
