Loved the care from the staff at this hotel. From the guys at the front door, to the gorgeous girls in white operating the rotating girl, front desk team, restaurant staff, spa staff, room service - faultless. I felt so recognized and valued. The hotel breakfast is lovely, as was room service and is well located near Ginza. The design is a little dated but in pristine condition, and the customer care more than compensated. Well done to whoever is training the team! And thank you.

Excellent service ! There was a little hiccup (very trivial indeed) but the management had taken it very seriously and walked extra miles to make good. We are truly impressed by the professionalism and level of commitment and care extended. We will visit again.

We expected a seamless luxury experience at The Peninsula Tokyo, but unfortunately the service did not match the price. An almost $1,000 concierge-arranged private tour felt under-planned and finished well before the full time was used, and the communication beforehand was unnecessarily stressful with repeated mentions of possible extra charges. We also had to wait for dinner on our first night. After this stay, I better understand some of the lower online reviews. Next time in Tokyo, I would choose a different hotel.

This is truly THE place to stay in Tokyo. Great location. Their service was simply superb and amongst the best in Japan; this is really saying something as Tokyo in general has some of the best staff and service in the world. I needed express dry cleaning and the turnaround time was 50% faster than advertised! The bar up on the top floor (George’s I think) was also excellent.
