Location is close to Shiomi Station and a local supermarket. There is a FamilyMart attached to the hotel. The room is spacious and very clean, the staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel lobby is spacious, very comfortable for gathering and chatting.

This hotel offers excellent value, especially with its proximity to the subway. While the in-house dining wasn't our favorite, the attached Family Mart was convenient for quick snacks. The neighborhood is quiet, and Skippers, a great burger place, is right across the street. If you're seeking a hotel in the middle of the action, this might not be it, but it's an easy train ride to popular Tokyo spots.

The breakfast was excellent. Had both the typical eggs, ham, potatoes, french toast but also asian stuff like onigiri. My only disappointment was the absence of oatmeal. The location was great being close to Shiomi station and a supermarket with some reasonably priced nearby restaurants. Staff was friendly and reasonably helpful. I asked for more bottled water and they provided that within minutes. Seems to be a popular hotel for foreigners. My daughter thought the beds were a little too firm. I was OK with it.

The rooms were big and hotel looked very modern. The food at restaurant was very good. There's a convenience store located near the entrance. There's not a lot going on in this area. It's very quiet. Very close to the train station. Good for families with kids if you don't want busy night life in the area.

We arrived around 7 pm after a long day of travel to the city. There was one person at front desk with a trainee. I tried to check in with the kiosk but was unable to complete it after struggling for more 15 minutes. I had to walk up to the front desk to request for help or they will not come to my aid. There aren't many options for late dinner so we ate at the hotel's restaurant which was overpriced. The food was ok but the waiting staff were all very nice and accommodating. The room was nice and comfortable. There's a FamilyMart adjacent to the hotel which was very convenient. I would recommend this hotel only if you want to be close to Tokyo Disney.

Enjoyed the breakfast buffet, they had matcha soft serve and dedicated chefs making egg omelettes. The room was nice and I enjoyed the lobby area and the soft carpeted floors. The hotel is directly connected to a family mart. We liked the JBL Horizon 2 speaker, connected using a Spotify jam. Only thing was, the quad room was a little tight and didn’t have much room for luggage, but would still stay here again in the future (Hotel Kaie beside them are also quite good though).

nice hotel in tokyo bay. lovely interior big rooms. can’t comment on bar or dinning as didn’t eat there. the hotel is a bit isolated nothing in the area at all. no nice restaurants. 5 minute walk to the train station and about 3 stops into the centre of tokyo.

My family had a nice time at this hotel during our stay in Tokyo. It’s a nice and clean place, near to station and well connected to all attractions. The only downside is that it’s away from center of attractions and neighborhood doesn’t have to many options for restaurants.

Hotel was great! Staff was nice, amenities were great! Washers and dryers were convenient. The onsite onsen was nice although I did not have time to enjoy it. The 24hr convenience store was also very helpful to have. The room was very clean and spacious! The 4 beds for the 4 of us was very much appreciated! Will definitely recommend!

This hotel was beautiful, I really enjoy my stay. But one thing, the staff forgot to give my welcome drinks coupon until the morning that I was leaving so I can’t use it. Could of make it up with free breakfast, that would of been nice and thoughtful.
