Great to be back again! This is my go to hotel when I land in Japan. Convenient location from Narita airport and easy access to major attractions around Tokyo. Staffs are super nice and helpful.

It was very small but value for money. I didnt use the metro however there is a metro station right outside it that connects you to most areas. It's nicely located to reach most areas easily. And great staffand very clean. Breakfast not much option but there is a 7/11 around the corner.

We stayed at this property for 4 nights in a bunkbed room for 4 people. The room was a little small with the bunkbeds and the bathroom was very small, but had everything we needed. We especially liked the public baths for men and women, the availability of pillow selection and other amenities in the lobby, the convenient coin laundry and the little enclosed tea room in the lobby which we used for meeting with friends during our stay. The property is very convenient to the Sumida river walk and subway stations, as well as lots of good options for different types of restaurants in the area within walking distance and a grocery store across the street. Neighborhood was quiet. The service was excellent and we would stay here again!

The hotel was not amazing at all. Room was too small for 3 beds. The hotel should have given us a better and larger room for 3 people. We should get some kind of a refund on our credit card. Alos on the last day/morning we felt rushed by the front deskto leave the room at 10 AM, why not 12 noon.

The hotel staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They can speak in multiple languages (English, mandarin, Japanese). The location is next to Lawson and subway station. The indoor onsen was perfect for a shower and a short relaxing bath. The only small issues that I have
1. Buzzing noise in onsen (it should be replaced with calm soothing Japanese music)
2. 2nd floor lobby was a bit too cigarette smoke odour. As the smoking room is nearby. I just hate the smell of smoke (any kind)
3. The pillow sucks. However, this was remedied by available extra pillows.
4. The bathtub was small but i didn’t use it because shower in onsen was available.
5. The sink to faucet distance was very short. (It’s strange)
I recommend stay at this hotel. It is million times better than any average rate hotel in North America. No room tax and it was very affordable. For family of four, we booked two rooms weekday rate was under $90.

Washing machines are in working condition. Only two elevators are available. No stairs can be used. The small elevators may be full for a while during the check out time. The public bath is small but clean.

We stayed here for 5 nights while exploring Tokyo. Things we loved: the staff were great. The onsen was a huge bonus for us (helping us to understand how to properly use one before going to other places). We also liked the laundry facilities and complementary drinks. Our room was 2 x bunk beds, so a little tight for 4 but everyone was happy. The negatives - just breakfast. This was provided in the cafe below but was very 'japanese/ western'. We had better breakfast experiences elsewhere. That said, it really wasn't bad! Hense 5*!

This place was perfect. However the restroom was a bit small. But okay because we were out exploring the city. This area is definitely a great place to unwind after the exploring the surrounding cities. ASAKUSA is definitely a place to book. This hotel specifically was very close to Senjoji shrine and Ichiran is very close along with many other places to eat and explore
