I had a very pleasant stay here. They have laundry on the 2nd floor & vending machine on the 4th floor. The room was clean & tidy. Overall, it was a great experience staying here.

Excellent service. I accidentally booked a smoking room and the front desk was extremely accommodating in getting us rebooked. House cleaning is extremely diligent and some of the best service I have received. Would recommend.

Way too Small for 2 people or anyone over 5'10". The room has a consistent unpleasant smell that cannot be freshened. Bathroom is atrocious, the sink spout is the same as the bathtub's and it doesn't work well. Heavy clogging of drains so water did not drain. Do not recommend.

We stayed here for one night only. The room itself was not the largest but it was also not the smallest. It was just what we needed for one night. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. I will recommend this stay.

Tosei Hotel Cocone is an incredible options for travellers who don’t want to pay through their nose for Tokyo accommodation.
The rooms are a tad tight at 12sq but the Simmons bed gave me such a good sleep that more than made up for the small room size.
Location is amazing since you can easily walk to Tokyo station area (to pick up rental cars and shop) and Nihonbashi (shopping and eating). One of the reasons I chose the hotel is because its also walking distance to Kanda (shopping heaven for ski and snowboard gear).

The location is central. The building is super quiet. I enjoyed the free beverage machine in the lobby, the free water dispenser and free bottled water in the room. Although the room is small, the single beds were wider than a normal twin bed and the space between the two beds was wider than some small hotels because the mini fridge was in the center. There was actually a lot of storage space in the room. The bathroom needed to be a little larger, especially in front of the toilet. It felt like being in an airplane bathroom. But everything worked and we had space to hang our towels and store some amenities. Despite the lack of space, it was a very comfortable stay.
