We stayed there during New Year’s eve. It was so pleasant and clean! The complementary breakfast was great.
If you have a car, you can drive around many places such as Nikko, Sano premium outlets.
Recommended if you are looking for a cost effective and joyful stay!

Very well located hotel, near the station and on the main road. Internet connection perfect, very different at other hotels in Isesaki area. Bed was little bid hard type, not to much but for those use to soft mattress not so comfy. Breakfast was a buffet style, mostly Japanese food but they have scramble eggs and sometimes sausages.
Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, sorry cannot rate their English language level but I believe they will do their best to help you.

受付の方達のご対応は今までの東横インの中で1番と言っていいほど素晴らしく感じました。
部屋も今までの東横インの中でナンバーワンで綺麗に感じました。
トイレも同じく。なぜならいつもトイレ掃除をするのが趣味だから特に違いが分かります。
あとは隣にステーキのガストがあったのでとても便利に感じました。

サービスの朝食にアレルギー表示がないので、アレルギーがある場合は注意が必要。聞けば成分表を見せてもらえたのですが、アレルギー表示があればお忙しいスタッフの方の手を止めずに確認出来るので、アレルギー表示を是非して欲しい。

急遽の宿泊でしたが、スタッフの対応も良く、部屋もとても清潔で居心地がよかったです。
子供がいる場合は、フロントにチェックインの際、枕を貸してもらえます。
朝食が以前よりも数が少なかったような気もしますが、コスパ的には十分でした。
