Really a nice place to live. Perfect location which is close to the tram station, shopping mall, kumamoto castle and shopping district. I love their breakfast buffet. It has a wide selection, healthy and tasty.

Around 2 mins walk to the Kumamoto bus terminal, where you gave handy access around the region. Only a few stations by tram to the Kumamoto JR station and very close to the main shopping street. Staff were helpful even they are not very keen on English. The air con in my original room was malfunctioned but the front desk agent was helpful enough to get me settled in another room. Overall a pleasant stay.

I stayed in a room without view but it was very nice. The room was next to the elevator but it didn’t bother me. The elevator was fast.

We enjoyed our stay. Traditional Japanese breakfast came with the room. The bed was hard,but that typical for Japanese hotels. Facility had parking for our vehicle. Overall our stay was nice.

Property was ok for two night stay. Rooms were larger than we have previously encountered in japan having stayed in 6 hotels over three weeks. The hotel is very close to tram stop and was 100yds from fanzone which was superb. Only negative is breakfast was terrible. Worst we have encountered at numerous hotels while in japan.

少し離れたところに提携駐車場があったけど、ホテルに泊められたらもっとよかった。でも駐車場に停めに行ってからそのままご飯を食べに行けたのでよかった。ご飯を食べるところは沢山あったので！
