Close to Matsudo station. Good restaurant and convenience store selection nearby. Excellent massage place across the street.

Great hotel. The staff was nice, they have an easy way to store luggage. Since it is an out of the way hotel, not too many tourists which made it nice.

It was a comfortable stay enough.

The hotel has free breakfast that very good, menu changes every day, location is excellent near shopping, restaurants, and train station.

The beds are so uncomfortable it’s like sleeping on a hard floor.

The hotel is a 2 min walk from Matsudo station, which is a 30 min train to Ueno. From Ueno or Nippori, there are convenient transits to most places in Tokyo. There are supermarkets, McDonalds, pharmacies within 5 min walk of the hotel, not to mention multiple convenience stores in the area. The hotel offers free breakfast before 9am, which is very good with lots of variety. The hotel room sizes are quite good, very spacious for a solo traveller. There is a TV, fridge, kettle, table, chair, with hangers for clothes. All other amenities such as tea, towels, toothbrushes are all provided. I stayed in an upper floor so noise was not an issue, but note as Matsudo station is so close it may be noisier on lower floors. Room cleaning service is done every few days, no issues at all there. Overall a very pleasant experience especially for a solo traveller, and I would definitely stay with them again next time!

Very efficient, friendly staff, great breakfast food

Travelled as a family of 3. Twin room worked well. We pushed the bed together and it was great. Location was close to a supermarket with amazing food choices- freshly prepared sushi, deep fried things, pasta, salad etc. highly recommend

Super convenient location. You can walk to the train within minutes. Restaurants everywhere! Free hotel breakfast is yummy. The only thing I wish was different were the hardness of the beds. We’re from the US and so we were expecting softer beds. We like the convenience, and so next time, we might need to bring some memory foam or something. :)

This place is very good for a night or 2 in between traveling. Staff were very helpful, even though my Japanese isn't the best, they still took the time to understand me.

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating despite not speaking English (virtual translations work well). Breakfast included is good especially for the price of the room (although would be nice if it stayed open until 9.30 rather than 9am). Room was very clean and convenient. Consistent hot water and decent water pressure. The only real downside is the terrible WiFi which I was getting 1Mbps or less. Hotel is literally outside Matsudo station so super convenient
