Great location, 5-10 min walk to Namba station. Access to the underground mall is right out the front door of the hotel. Room was clean and bright and free buffet breakfast.

Easy access to the subway station and to major attraction. Lots of food and shopping options. Friendly and professional staff. Breakfast is ok and can be crowded after 830am. Perfect base to be in the heart of Osaka. Would not hesitate to stay again.

The location of this hotel is very strategic, right in front of Namba Station in Osaka. It's easy to get to Kansai Airport by train from Namba. The hotel is also close to Osaka’s lively areas (Dotonbori and its surroundings). The service and facilities are quite satisfying—they provide lockers to store your luggage if you arrive early in Osaka but haven't checked in yet, or if you've already checked out but still need luggage storage. The hotel also provides several holy books/readings from various religions—something I really appreciate. Perhaps the room could use softer lighting, as the current lights are a bit too bright.

Extremely convenient and within walking distance to famous shopping streets and the connection with the Kansai airport. Meals are also very nice and value for money.

Clean, the family room is really good, spacious and the 2 bathrooms are okay. 5 minutes to Dottonbori, the station is right in front of the hotel if you bring your child to USJ or the aquarium just get off the station in front of the hotel. Namba station is also close if you want and to Kansai airport. Lawson in a row of hotels. Many places to eat at night. Highly recommended for family trips with children.

Only 10 minute easy walk with luggages from the station and the center of night life, but certainly no sound heard in the room. Really like the microwave stations and vending machines in several floors. Booked a room for singles. Room is very clean, suitable with a traveler with a single mid size luge.

Prime location if you go every where with train or want to go OCAT. Closed to dotonbori. So many food/restaurant in Namba Walk after you go down!

Staff 24 jam standby, bisa cuci baju pake koin depan lift di lobby banyak juga mesinnya jadi gak antri-antri, deket sama stasiun kereta 200mlah dkt banget sama lawson. Kamar super bersih … lebih besar kamar twin 😆 ambillah twin bed 😄.
