Everyday cleaning, easy and close dinning at clomon market, unfortunately much more expensive than other market.

Walking distance from trains and Dotonbori area, the staff were nice and polite, especially the breakfast team. The room was good, small but comfortable. We stayed in 4 different Toyoko hotels in our visit to Japan, and this was the only one that didn't let us refill our bottled water in the lobby, also this hotel had an additional local tax. Would stay again and recommend.

Our visit here in Osaka, an anniversary gift to our 40th wedding from our kids, was highlighted with a very pleasant stay in this hotel...conveniently located as it'swalkable to Dotonbori and Kumuron Markert

Everything is good except sound proof system (maybe I'm staying in 2nd floor with a window near the street) and check-out time at 1000hrs is too early and check-in time is too late (totally only 18 hours stay, is too short)

Central location, 15 mins walk to Osaka Time Square and 10 mins walk to Osaka Metro. ENJOYED am bf. Will stay tomorrow. #expoOsaka2025

New establishment by Toyoko Inn so everything is pristine.

Overall, excellent stay here at Toyoko Inn Osaka Nippombashi Bunraku Gekijo Mae. We stayed for 7 nights from Dec 22 to Dec 28. The room is clean and tidy. Good varieties on free breakfast but did get busy during the breakfast period. Room only came with two sets of towels, we had to pay 100Yen per towel for our kids as fees. Location is super convenient for stores / markets, restaurants and subways.

Clean lovely place, beds are awfully hard along with the pillows. Not to bad when you don’t spend much time in the rooms while out exploring.

Our “non-smoking” room and floor smelled like someone was smoking. Had to endure this and moved the next night so we didn’t get proper rest since we needed to stay out as if we checked out and in all over again.

If you're looking for a cheap yet clean hotel in Osaka, choose this one. The hotel is in walking distance of Dotonbori, Den Den Town and Namba Station. It's amazing how quiet it is once you get in the hotel room and the staff are extremely helpful. Bonus it's a 30 second walk to a 7/11 convenience store from the hotel entrance and there are hundreds of restaurants nearby.

Room is clean, delicious breakfast and room is a bit tight also make sure to check the bed size for the twin room.

For the price and the convenience and the good service and the comfort of the room and the adequate delicious breakfast, it’s a good hotel and highly recommended !

The good: Rooms are clean. Hotel is just next to Kuromon Market. The not-so-good: When making reservation for 2 twin rooms, it was not indicated that rooms are smoking type. After receiving reservation confirmation, I tried requesting for change to non-smoking rooms. Unfortunately, non-smoking rooms are not available. We hoped the rooms will be well cleaned and will not smell of cigarette smoke. Upon arrival, I was directed to check-in at 1 of 2 machines in front of reception desk. I was unable to complete the check-in process, as the machine required a reservation number, which is not provided for reservations made via Expedia. I spent some time reviewing the reservation confirmation, and even tried inputting a long reservation number from Expedia, to no avail. The hotel staff requested for my passport, and retrieved reservation numbers from her end. It would have been a less painful process if the staff simply handled the check-in process, instead of directing guests to the machines immediately. There were 2 staff at the reception desk, and they were not handling any guests. After entering the rooms, they reeked of cigarette smoke. I tried opening the window to air the room, but we will look into the rooms opposite us. To maintain privacy for both us and the rooms opposite, we kept our window and curtains closed. We tried spraying air freshener, which helped a little. At night, however, the cigarette smoke got worse due to smoking neighbours.

It was a very convenient stay for me. The location, amenities was very good and free breakfast. Though at times i get my snacks at the nearby 7-11 store. I will definitely return.
