The free breakfast is on the 14th floor. It is this first Toyoko Inn I have stayed where breakfast is not served on the same floor as the front desk. This proper Had much newer style of faucet and shower controls. I enjoyed my stay here!

Visited my relatives in this cozy country-side of Japan with many rice fields; I was happy to have stayed in this new establishment that is just 4 minute walk from the train station. Very clean, very safe, wonderful staffs. Family Mart across the street and surprisingly a large Aeon department store, Game Center, and many other places literally just around the hotel all within 2-5 minutes walk! Also sooooo many amazing restaurants and isakayas surrounding the hotel. The location of this hotel is amazing! One key point about this place that I ABSOLUTELY loved was the free breakfast service with so many varieties food served in a buffet-style. The staffs there were wonderful and kind! And I HAVE TO MENTION the rice!!! The Niigata rice was available freshly cooked in their rice cooker; and that was HEAVEN! One last cool feature worth mentioning is that the time of the laundry/dryer machines are displayed in real-time on the TV screen so you won't have to keep going down to the 1st floor to check your clothes. That was a very cool feature! :)

燕三条駅から歩いて10分弱ホテル隣にショッピングセンターがあり食料やお土産の購入ができるので便利朝食会場が眺めのいいホテルの最上階なので、朝から気持ちがよかった

部屋　設備デラックスツインルームを利用。まだ新しいのか、清潔で明るく、広さも申し分なく、コンセントの配置も使いやすい。一階にコインランドリー、ジム（未利用）あり。自販機のアルコールの種類も豊富。サービス無料朝食サービスは9時まで。テイクアウト容器に詰めて食堂隣のラウンジや部屋で食べても良いとのこと。 1時間1000円でチェックアウトの延長も可能。アクセス　周辺施設燕三条の燕口から徒歩５.6分。大雪の日はスーツケースだと大変かも。ホテル周辺にはイオン、コンビニ（ファミマ）、居酒屋、地場産業振興センターなどあり。駅前よりも賑わいはあるが、娯楽は少ないかも。気になったことチェックアウト時のフロントの方の対応がやや冷たく感じた。チェックアウト後に荷物預け所が直射日光が当たる場所でお土産の劣化が気になり断念。全般的には綺麗でサービスもよく、ほとんどのスタッフが親切で、また利用したいと思った。
