幼児2人、小学校低学年1人、大人2人の5人で泊まりました。ロフトベッドに大人1人、ロフトに3人と3歳添い寝、横に川の字にはなれませんが、逆に自分のスペース！と十分楽しんで寝ました。2階だったので子供の足音が下に響かないか不安でしたが、また利用したいと思います😊

The unit is small and you can hear your neighbors talking and footsteps through the wall and ceiling. There is no soundproofing. There was also an emergency gas leak that they did not inform me about until I complained of the night construction. I had to leave to another hotel. They refuse to refund my money. The operation is also run by immature 24 year olds.

1、わたしは身障者なので梯子はムリです。ソファーで3日間寝ました。 2、チェックアウト時、鍵の収容がわからず困りました。仕方ないので鍵BOXの上におきました。 3、髭剃りは1個でいいから欲しい。

新築で、トイレと浴室が別のロフト付きの1Kで、4人利用でもそこまで手狭感はなく、居心地はよかったです。
無人チェックインもわかりやすく、入退出もやりやすかったです。
アメニティや調理道具、皿もそろっていましたが、コップがなかったのが残念でした。
チェックアウト用の室内にあるタブレットが壊れていたようで、チェックアウト時に焦りましたが、事前メールにあった連絡先に電話すると、すぐに出てけれて、カタコトの日本語でしたがスムーズに対応してくれました。
防音がいいのか、隣がいなかったのか、隣の物音は気になりませんでした。
全体的に仲間と楽しく気持ちよく過ごせてよかったです。

2連泊、仕事の関係で使いました。
チェックインの仕方は簡単で分かりやすかったです。
部屋も広め、トイレ、お風呂場も綺麗。ですが掃除不足と言えるレベルの床のスミのゴミと前の利用客？が飲んでいたと思われるペットボトルがソファーの後ろにありました。
不快に思いましたが、部屋には休む為に帰るだけだったので我慢出来るレベルです。
ふつうのビジネスホテルの部屋と思って借りるのは少し考えた方がいいと思います。
それ以外が良かっただけに残念でした。

B棟103号室に宿泊しました。
チェックインの際にロフト部分の壁に拳で殴ったような穴が開いており気になっていました。チェックアウト後に、その穴を開けたのは私達の過失ではないか、と同日中にメールで連絡を受けたのは心外でしたが、すぐに誤解であると認めていただけて安心しました。
洗濯機と浴室乾燥機が設置されており毎日洗濯＆乾燥ができた点は非常に良かったです。
室内に折り畳みのアウトドアチェアなどを用意していただけると更に寛げたかな、と思います。

設備としては満足ですがあまりにも掃除が行き届いてなさすぎました。賃貸の退去後のような状況です。また最初から窓が開けっぱなしにされており防犯的にも危ないです。設備がいいだけに大変残念です。一度徹底的に清掃してほしいと感じました。
