by far the biggest rooms out of the 4 hotels I stayed at . the bathroom was much larger than regular hotels like apa. It was a good place to stay and its close to a train station.

I can’t say enough about this place. The convenience of the train station is steps away. There is a McDonalds that you could see from the hotel like a 3 minute walk.
The hotel is above a supermarket with everything you may need. Taxis and buses stop all day long right in front of the hotel.
Rooms are spacious and beds are super comfortable. Staff is excellent. Breakfast Japanese style is very elaborate.
Coffee is delicious. Highly recommend.

This was a perfect start and end for our days. It's a quiet area so you can get rest for your day ahead. Book with the breakfast option, it's delicious and convenient. And it's within minutes of the Keisei Tsudanuma station. Bonus, the grocery store is open until 1 am. Rooms were clean, laundry nearby, and a evening drink from the 10th floor.

This property is clean, staff were very nice and accommodating. The only thing I did not like was the room gets too hot because it does not have aircondition.

Staff and property were both nice. The AC became a heater for some reason and the entire room became a sauna during the day. We were only there for 2 nights to see Disneysea but were surprised to find out the hotel is an hour away by train.

The staff at this hotel are so accommodating and polite. We made it past our language barrier with ease. The vicinity to the train station was very convenient. The facilities were very clean and the room was quite large for our family. The breakfast was very delicious and the view from the lounge is wonderful. Will definitely stay here again! We arrived in the evening. This place is conveniently close to the station. There is also a supermarket in the same building. The hotel is safe as you need a room key to access the floors with guest rooms. We enjoyed the breakfast with the view. Rooms were very clean and the room was large enough to accommodate 4 people. Staff was very helpful. We would stay here again.

Overall it was good but the bathroom emits a peculiar odor. 711 is just around the corner but you have to cross the railway crossing which is a hassle since it closes every 10 to 15 minutes. A supermarket is just downstairs.
