Close from stations and easy access

Staff was courteous and helpful. English speaking. Room clean and free coffee in lounge brighten my day when I return to hotel at the end of the day.

Good start with room being ready early. Had trouble with language, but muddled through with the help of Google. Room was OK for the price. Parking was just next door. Coin laundry was good. However, paid for the breakfast, which was the worst I have had anywhere in Japan. The word 'replenish' did not exist for their staff. The was no sliced bread for toast by 8:30 on two days running (weekdays) leaving very dried out pastries and rolls to choose from, or not. The rest of the fare on offer was also very poor. Nothing that passes for fruit juice was available, fruits were in the form of a bowl of very sad looking lychees which had been there every morning for a while. The Japanese pork curry had no meat in it, just sauce, so it goes on. Better to have walked to a local eatery nearby and had a feast for the money that was charged.

The human touch of offering drinks, snacks in the evening is wonderful, it gives the day a good ending. Like the space within the building design, and the use of cafe tables for eating take out snacks, complimentary beverages give tourists like my family a good chance to get back to hotel, refresh and out for sightseeing again. Very near, almost next door amenities, train and having the mountains visible just behind the hotel is a rare relief. A good relaxing stay.

Location near the train station and all the restaurants made it a lively spot outside the door and a relaxing stay at the hotel.

Excellent hotel with a good breakfast buffet. Close to the train station. Helpful friendly staff. Very good value.

Lounge for guests to enjoy tea/coffee

The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. We arrived early at noon and want to drop off our bags. The hotel let us check in. The western style breakfast is great. The staffs continue to provide food until 9 the closing time. Check in and out are easy. I love the skin care supplies!

Staff was very courteous and location is right next to a Daiso and a big supermarket and also 5-10min walking to Sannomiya bus terminal and JR station. Room is on a tiny side as expected but it’s clean and price is very reasonable.

Convenient location and clean hotel!

Check in was amazing I have to say. Luggage left before check in were moved to the room when we checked in; a service we had not experienced for long time. Breakfast was so so, not much surprise; however, the pancake machine was fun but was slow, coffee was difficult with water and drip bag. One of the best was the happy hour drink and snacks. Special mention: staffs were friendly and made me fell amazing. Location was great and close to the busiest station in Kobe.

The location was excellent, 5-7 minutes walk from Sannomiya station. The service was very nice, the early check-in was available at the arriving which was very convenient. The facility seemed a little bit old and sink and bathtub had a stubborn stain, but house keeping was well done. I enjoyed the free drink service for the customer during the Happy Hour. I would like to return to this hotel again.

Perfect for everything

Located about 1/2 mile from the subway station. Nice hotel with large sized rooms and bathrooms. Enjoyed the happy hour in the lobby with wine and small snacks provided. The staff were friendly and the location was walkable to most everything. The only downside was the bed was rock hard and very uncomfortable. Other than that I enjoyed my one night stay.
