部屋が広くてゆったり過ごせました。
ただ洗面所に置いてあるメンズ洗顔のボトルに触る前に短い髪の毛がついていたのを見つけてしまい、髪の毛を取ろうとボトルに触ったらベタベタしていて少し嫌でした。そこが残念でしたが、それ以外は朝食もおいしく、部屋でもリラックス出来ました。部屋以外のお風呂の入浴時間がもう少し長いとありがたいです。

ゴルフ場のホテルなので、自然に囲まれた静かで綺麗なホテルでした。
とても心地よく宿泊させていただきました。
朝食も高級なクラブのレストランでバイキング形式で文句なしでした。

全体的にとてもキレイでアメニティは完璧に揃っているし、チェックイン時のスタッフさんの対応も好印象でした。ですが、早朝チェックアウトの予定だと伝えていたのに、フロントにスタッフさんが不在で、急いでいるのに待ち時間が発生してしまった事が難点でした。他はとても気に入っていて、また利用したいと思います。

ゴルフ場隣接の宿泊施設なので、環境は静かで良い。
ただ、食事場所が 近くにないので軽井沢市街か嬬恋村側へ車で峠道を30分以上走らないと中々ないのでそこが難点かな。

急遽当日の宿を探し、夜遅くのチェックインとなりましたが、フロントのスタッフさんの対応が良かったです。
客室やバスルームも綺麗で、料金から考えると非常に満足できました。
翌朝のブッフェは別の建物に移動することになるのですが、ブッフェ会場が分からなかった、若い男性スタッフさんに場所を尋ねたところ、対応がかなり素っ気なかったのだけが残念でした。

客室が広くバスタブも大きくてゆったりと過ごせました。
車ではなかったので送迎バスでしか行く手段がなく、最終バスの時間が17：40だったので、もう少し遅いバスがあればいいなと思いました。
周辺には温泉や、コンビニ.売店もないです。
