Everything so perfect but..one of the staff there when I check in on 6-7pm there not professional service, I booked 3 rooms and have 5 people of my group and the booking document in hotel understand we have 6 people, and I don’t mind if I have over booking, but staff talk like close conversation and said they not refund money or anything. I would like to say I don’t mind what I already pay but he should friendly and good explain for us not just short conversation. We paid full amount and should have good service same as other people. Thank you
