酒店服務好，有免費車由山形站接我們到酒店，第二天早上又有車送到山形站，酒店大堂有免費咖啡、茶。温泉池算大，有露天及室內溫泉，水溫夠熱，很舒服。晚餐是會席料理，美味豐富，早餐是自助餐，有很多選擇。酒店距離藏王山麓纜車站很近，在酒店門口查詢要到纜車站後，司機二話不說就叫我們上車，把我們送到纜車站，很感謝那位司機的幫忙，這間酒店的服務真好。
