We were supposed to leave May 29 but are still here- this guesthouse is a great place to stay, it's clean and comfortable and casual. We ask for room to be cleaned, or not to be cleaned, more towels or tea, we get laundry done ( paid service) and the soups for breakfast are cheap and really tasty. We just come and go as we please, feeling really comfortable, and always friendly smiling staff. The room
Although small, is enough to accommodate us, our things nor each other get in our way! We are on the Main Street, so down the blocks is everything you could need- the pubs the restaurants, rentals, pharmacy, ATMS, the spas ... and the river is one short block away! The bathroom is a good size with typical Asian shower, and the mini fridge is actually cold lol- and always stocked with water. This is a clean and affordable guesthouse, we highly recommend !

If you love Buddhist Wat's and want to be out of the night Market nose this is the place to stay. It has a real Guesthouse feel with a lovely balcony overlooking the main street. It as near the end of this street has less foot traffic but also has 5 temples within the next 3 blocks. At 4 am there is Buddhist drumming and cymbal clanging. Which I love but maybe if you have small children it might not be a blessing. Great spot to watch the monks receiving morning alms. And the manager was a wonderful, friendly presence. She made me feel very welcome!

The room was not clean. A coating of dust was over everything. Below what we have experienced throughout our 3 traveling in S.E. Asia.
If we had paid AU$20/night I would expect the room & service we experienced. But Not $45.
Good location in town across from the temple but when we come back into town we will look for other accommodation.
Don't like leaving bad reviews but try to let people know what to expect

My family stayed 2 nights in this guesthouse. The location cant be beat. The night market, river, restaurants, temples and stores are only minutes away. The host is very helpful and gracious. I would recommend this guesthouse as a good stay for the price.

Clean room, comfortable beds. At the quieter end of the Main Street, walkable from the night market. Good value for money.
Room only cleaned if you ask them (that includes the bottled water).

A great location in this old town area. Easy to walk to all major attractions from here. Daniel, our host, was friendly, accommodating and happy to help out. You just have to ask, eg, if you want the room cleaned, need a coffee or tea etc. As it’s currently low season breakfast menu consists of fried, boiled or omelette eggs, a plate of fresh fruit, bread/toast jam as well. More than enough! We stayed upstairs & the upstairs balcony was a great place to unwind with a pre dinner drink while listening to the monks & nuns chanting in the wats across the road, watching street life, viewing distant mountains etc. Also it’s well located for spotting the monks receive alms early in the morning. Listen out for the soft drums to wake you up in time.

Clean, comfortable and excellent location. No frills but you can’t beat the price. Skipped the breakfast since there are nice eateries just a couple minutes walk away. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep and shower then this place is perfect.

Location was great - along the same road as the night market, but about 80m away from the night market so that we don't get affected by it.
Limited breakfast choice though.

Great location 10 minute walk to night market and several important Wats. Quiet rooms. Cons are the room is very small. Staff speaks almost no English but does their best to help. Strong internet is a plus. Several small mini marts down the street. I would stay again.

It is situated at the farthest of the main tourists street, which means it is at the beginning of the line where the morning alms begin. That was convenient and I could just wake up at 6 and run right into the ceremony. Only, during the day it takes longer to the center of the main street (around 15m walk) but that was alright to me. The room was clean and the breakfast terrace was gorgeous with a great view of a temple. The meal itself was a little too light I could have used more bread :)

Splendid location in a great a beautiful house, right in the historical centre of Luang Prabang, in front of some beautiful temples. The common, huge balcony gives you a view on the surrounding wats, and a beautiful Stupa. Our room was very clean, nicely prepared, with a mini bar (sodas, water), AC, fan, TV, and toiletries if you came without your own. Bathroom was very clean.
The lobby itself is clean, spacious, with wooden floors and furniture.
You have free access to some coffee doses, tea, if its not included some breakfast items which are nice. You can also get some food for a very reasonable price in this part of the city (noodle soup, Pho).
Last but not least, the staff has been incredibly amazing, whether it was the going receptionist or the lovely lady managing the place! They were helpful, always provided us with information when needed and assisted us by booking tuktuk and minivan for our various excursions. Always with a smile!

This hotel is very central and is very nice. Big room and close to everything. The temple is right in front and bakeries all around.
I especially love the the front desk receptionist, Tam. She is amazing and so sweet. I have never met a front desk in a hotel who is as sweet as her. She has been very helpful from the very beginning and always have a big smile on her face. I had trouble with the bicycle (free for hotel guests) because it was a little big too high for me to reach the floor, she tried to help me and even pump the tire pressure for me. She even help booked my tuk tuk for me to go to the airport. Most staffs in hotels in Luang Prabang do not speak good English, I was so happy when Tam does. It really helps to communicate. She is a great asset to this hotel and I will come back to stay here again if I ever come back to Luang Prabang. Thank you so much for all your help, Tam.

My first visiting to Luang Prabang became a excellent experience because of this hotel's hospitability. The room was clean and tidy, not noisy, I could see religious mendicancy from entrance. Also, hotel staffs were quite good. I know some friends who want to visit Laos. I'll recommend this hotel to them.
このホテルはキレイで繁華街から近いのに静かで、ホテルスタッフもまるで日本の旅館の人のように親切です。托鉢はホテルの目の前で見れます。次に訪れるときもここが良いと思っています。
