good service and clean,good location

Not having an elevator until I had to lift a large suitcase by climbing the stairs.

best location, nice and clean room, good choice for traveller

The rooms are very decent to live in, even though there is no elevator service. There is a 100 ripu or mop deposit close to Senado Square and Ruins of St. Paul. location to enter the alley, opposite from Pontel 16 hotel or Macau Retail. From the outer macau ferry terminal just take the shuttle bus to the hotel Ponte 16 or the Sofitel Macau, then cross the hotel to find it, free! Back to the ferry terminal, also go to Ponte 16 hotel again, take their shuttle bus, it's free! They don't matter, even though you are not a guest of Sofia.

The hotel location is perfect, not too far from the Senado Square & Ruins of St. Paul. Also 10 minutes walk to Lisboa. The hotel room is fine, fit enough for big luggage traveller.

Close to other hotels. The receptionist is kind and friendly. I arrived at 11am, I was able to go straight into the room. Unfortunately there are no stairs, but we were given a room on the 2nd floor so it wasn't too far up the stairs. Deposit 100 pataca and return it during check-out. Can leave luggage after check-out.

The room is comfy, clean, near in tourist spots and accommodating staff.

everything worthy.. except some roadwork outside the hotel when we staying. You need to know how to use the shutter service for more convenient to get to their hotel. Room is spacious

It should be clearer for the hotel instructions so that it is easy to find, after knowing the location of the hotel, it's easier to take the ponte16 hotel shuttle bus, because the hotel is right across the street. The rooms are decent enough for a backpacker, but there is no elevator, the service is also quite friendly, thank you.

Although I have stayed at this hotel for one night only, I highly recommend this hotel for Muslim & Muslimah travelers because bed, bathroom, kitchen, and living room are clean and very comfortable. The location is very good. The staff is also friendly and very helpful. Must stay here if you are in Macau!

The room was spacious and clean. There was no closet for clothes but there was a large balcony surrounding the room. The hotel does not have an elevator though so better to get rooms on the first or second floor, we stayed on the fourth floor. There is also a common dining area in the ground floor with a sink for dishes, dining table, refrigerator, washing machine and dryer. They provided free drinking water, instant coffee, and tea.

Good for backpacker. They provide water dispenser, tea and coffee. Hard to find at first but after we found out, it is very close to sofitel. The minus only other guest who speak, open and close the door loudly.

Clean, the space is big and the location is very strategic.

Medium sized comfortable room with no sound. Small bathroom with a deposit of 100.

The location is opposite the Sofitel Hotel, quite easy to find. The hotel provides free refill drinking water, saving backpacker bags. But there is no escalator here, so carrying a big suitcase might be a bit complicated.

The hotel is cheap for the size of Macau, the receptionists are friendly and always standbye, close to senado square, and st. Paul. Unfortunately, no lift aja. the others, okay

Good hotel. Clean. Light. Reception is good. But unfortunately there is no elevator, so I who carry a big suitcase must carry to the 4th floor, but it's okay. Overall, it's recommended for staying here. If on vacation to Macau again definitely stay here.

I was sleep in 5 footway inn for 1 night, and I can't sleep until mid night because I can hear people who just coming and talking in front of his door and probably he's drunk. I can hear his sound really clear because the wall so thin. and for bathroom it's clean but smell. smell because the wash basin didn't have filter so the smell coming out from pipe, I must turn on the hexose whole night for keeping the smell go away but it's not going away yet. but the good part is the front desk really helping and really nice.
