Most amazing stuff, they need to work on the bar and menu options and prices. Most of the liquor was more than half the price of the bigger lodge next door

Beautiful setting on the beach, but the property is a little hard to get to if you miss the sing on the main road. Best case is that the last 1km is a dirt road- easy in my four wheel drive, but in a sedan you probably have to go very slowly. A few people used the pool and the lake, but time you lake visit carefully around the goats and cattle herded across the beach- friendly staff and this place had a very local crowd when I stayed

Friendly staff but limited menu, very bad internet (then completely off after heavy rain), not too good service in terms of response. Location is good. Activities not as great. Overall, we enjoyed the stay, the rooms were spacious - the mattress was bad (dipped in the middle) and the roof leaked through the lights fixture (and other places) during heavy rains. I definitely do NOT regret going, it was a good experience but would not go back.

The rooms were OK but the maintenance was not good, for example, the lock on the door was installed backwards and the lock hardly connected with the door frame. The door was also not a proper fit with space around the edge of the door and the frame where persons could look in if they wanted. The inlet on the lake which fronted the property was polluted and there even appeared to be sewage overflow from the next property into the inlet. A health hazard. There were no warning signs present by the water but in fact peddle boats, etc. The two positive spots were the friendly staff and the good Indian food.

Clearly over rated, is not worth the price. Amazing landscape. Beautiful amenities. Room is spacious but bad quality construction in general - facilities work sometimes (AC, TV), WiFi is acceptable when it's working. Bad food in the restaurant. Very nice staff despite the clear lack of preparation.

Overall, this hotel was overpriced for the quality it provided. The staff were friendly, but the rooms and buildings were very tired and in need of renovation and my room overlooked a dilapidated courtyard.. The wifi was not strong enough to extend to the bedrooms, but was only in the main building, and there were only 2 TV channels (no news). The staff also had problems dealing with the pre-paid booking from Hotels.com and asked me to pay again when I checked out - this took almost half an hour to resolve, and almost maid me and my colleagues late for our morning meetings.
