Strategic location and great place. Podium is located at a strategic location that is near interesting places to visit and eats. The apartment is extremely spacious and clean. You can easily buy whatever you need for the stay from the minimart located below. The staff was super helpful and friendly. It was a great stay and will stay again at the same location if I were to visit Kuching again!

Comfortable & clean! 👍 Beds were comfortable. Apartment was very clean. Housekeeping did a good job 👍. Highly recommended and will come back to stay here again. Restaurants and food shops just downstairs and 24-hour mini market also just downstairs. Pool was on the top floor with a good view.

Highly recommend accommodation in Kuching. The apartment was spacious and clean. The service is good. The staff are very friendly and responsive. The living room is large. Thank you to the management for the excellent service. I will come again for next vacation 🤗🤭.

The apartment is new, with good security. It's close to everything. The room is clean and nice, but there's no washing machine. But there's a laundry nearby, so it's safe. It's also easy to find food, and there's a 24-hour market. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay! The apartment was super clean, spacious, and comfortable for our family.
However, there was no Wi-Fi, and the rooms were quite far apart, so it was a bit tiring to walk to the bedroom.
Other than that, we were very satisfied overall.

There's no wifi, the host doesn't know the room, and they don't know how to accuse us of leaving our things behind even though it's someone else's room. It's confusing.

the room is spacious. the bed sheet is either old or not being cleanly washed cause the colour is slightly yellow, and the first night all of us slept on it, we felt itchy. no shower amenities. the cooking utensils are there and got microwave as well. the room has weird smell. after check in, i was not directed on how to go to the room, so we were lost cause there's 2 apartment towers inside the complex

The apartment is really nice and comfortable, had a good sleep here. The location is great too, very near to the city, hospital, and shopping mall. Just one small thing — it would be much better if wifi and parking were provided, especially since the price is quite high. Overall, still a pleasant stay, just hope this part can be improved next time.

The price is okay, the location is okay, but the room facilities are truly room-only. There's not even Wi-Fi. When we wanted to extend our stay, the price tripled on weekends, so it wasn't worth it.
