The place is managed by a friendly and helpful agent—thanks, Qasim! 🙌 Lobby staff don’t usually take luggage after check-out, but they helped us for 50 Ringgit (5 suitcases). Since our flight was late, it was worth it. Overall, the studio was clean, spacious, and had all the essentials. 👍

The communication with host is TERRIBLE. I contact the host and got no reply at all. I must spam call the host and got unfriendly reply over the call. Although the room was okay but the communication thing should be improved

The most interesting thing about this place is its very strategic location, very close to the center of Bukit Bintang, starting from KLC, culinary, souvenir and shopping centers, to TRX and Twin Towers, it's just a short walk, the hotel staff, Mr. Qasim, is also very helpful in the accommodation process... just a note for the bathroom, hopefully the next one will be more aromatic... ☺

While the staff was very responsive to hand us the room key, but when we arrived at the room, it was very dirty with wet bathroom, food waste, unemptied dustbin, bedsheet was not changed. We had to wait for the cleaning service to clean it up. We stayed at the room for a night, but we found baby cockroaches running around the unit.

Rooms need to push to clean n request to throw all rubbish everyday. Floor not sweep, hair all over places. the AC remote controls all battery weak, request to change till we checkout (5days stayed) no response. No supply for drinking water everyday.

no check in counter, and only with the rental agent.
I was accused of damaging the water heater kettle. when I entered the room, there was no kettle in question. I was threatened to be reported to the police, even though I did not damage anything. it seems like the rental agent as the contact person did this on purpose, to gain profit.
my advice to other customers, to video the condition of the room and the items in the room when you first enter.. so that you have strong evidence, and not get caught by irresponsible people. a very important experience for me to be more vigilant when booking an apartment as a place to rest..

✓ Hassle-free check-in and check-out, with helpful guidance from Mr. Qasim.
✓ The unit is clean, spacious, and well-equipped. All electronic appliances, including the electric kettle and microwave, function perfectly.
Cons:
✗ As this is an apartment, breakfast is not included.
✗ Luggage storage is only available for early check-in guests, not for those checking out.
✗ The elevator was very crowded during check-out hours — we had to wait around 20 minutes or more just to get one.
