The hotel is clean and the room size is just right. It is located conveniently in Bukit Bintang near MRT, shopping malls, and food street at Jalan Alor. The housekeeping staff are friendly and make our room clean and feel fresh every day. Did not try the foods in the hotel as there are many choices of foods in Bintang areas. There are massage shops and money exchanges nearby this hotel. I will book this hotel again.

This boutique hotel is fantastic, gak expect banget karena booked it very last minute, definitely value for money. Location is very good and walking distance ke all major attractions mengingat I only had one night so this hotel was a really good choice. Staff also very friendly and helpful. Room is very clean and brand new. Recommended banget!

Congratulations and syabas for the staff here, really helpful and efficient in serving guests. Stayed here because there was a match between Selangor FC vs PERSIB Bandung, the distance is quite close to MBPJ stadium. The room is SPACIOUS, the bathroom is really clean, love the shower which has 3 types, the cleaning up of the room is also fast and clean,,. It's so wonderful, I think if I go to Malaysia again, I will definitely stay here,,. 10/10. Especially on the G floor there is Donkai Resto,,. the meat is very juicy and tender,,,,,...

Once in the room, wash your feet in the shower, smell of urine. When checking, it turns out there is a splash of pee on the toilet seat. Immediately spray and pour a lot of soap. That night, when sleeping, woke up because the sound of the window was noisy due to rainwater and wind, plus the sound of a truck behind the building which was very loud. The room is really not soundproof. Because after the truck left, the sound of clubs, karaoke around the hotel could be heard clearly, even until 6 am. Really bad experience, can't rest well and comfortably. Even though the location is strategic, I will not recommend it and will not stay again.

In short, it's the best here. I've stayed here for 3 nights. It's close to everywhere. It's comfortable, fragrant, clean and you can get bottled water whenever you want.

Great location, even better service. We were allowed to unpack our luggage in a special room because we arrived early, but the bathroom door in the room was not closed properly.: maybe this was just a technical error. Overall, the location is the best.
