Highly recommended hotel to everyone, location near sogo, surrounded by the golden triangle, customer-friendly counter staff, can check in as early as 12 noon, easy check out, can leave bags, thank you to the hotel for your cooperation. will stay here when going to kl.

Hotel sangat bersih, mungkin sebab baru renovation. Harap kebersihan dikekalkan. Tilam tak berapa empuk tapi padanla dengan harga hotel. Location sangat-sangat strategik dan mudah untuk yang nak shopping area Sogo dan Jamek. Kaunter staf 3 shift tukar semua friendly dan sangat membantu. Cuma kalau boleh iron yang share mungkin kena sediakan paling kurang 2. Dan air panas tak berapa panas. Tapi tu komen untuk penambahbaikan je, yang penting hotel ada sediakan pun dah bersyukur.

The receptionist provided excellent service throughout my stay there. The rooms are clean and the facilities at the hotel are quite good. The elevator works well. Importantly, the hotel is located in the middle of a shopping mall. Next time I want to stay at this hotel again
