Very happy, the hotel is really good, very clean, the air conditioning is cold, all the facilities are complete, the location is in the middle of the city, it's safe, the kids are very happy that is definitely cheap😁. If we go to Kuala Lumpur again, we want to stay at Casa Residency again, thank you Casa Residency.

The best view in KL, location is far KLCC. But the room is so comfortable, modern and convenient. Staff is very helpful and nice. I have to deposit RM400 (although I paid in advance) and pay RM20/2 night for accommodation fee according to Malaysian government. We have 3 bed room, 1 studio and 2 normal bedroom. Highly recommend for everyone who stays here in KL.

Vacation with family, very satisfied to stay 1 night with type 2 bedroom apartment. 300rm deposit. There is a kitchen, the stove can cook, there is a large fridge, there is a dining table, and a TV sofa room, really cheap apartment. Children can swim there is a swimming pool. Near the road to St. Monorel, hang out. But it's better to get a ride, everywhere, don't get tired, and thanks.

Great location, only walking distance to Alor Street, Bukit Bintang and little bit more to Sungei Wang and Pavillion. Room deposit 300 MYR per room per stay and luckily, they received IDR too for deposit. Make up room daily every 3 PM. Spacious area since I got room at the corner of the floor (9.1). Lobby quite hot. Overall good to stay here.

The best apartment at a cheap price. 2 spacious, clean rooms, attendants cleaned the room every morning. Towels are always new, drinking water is always replaced, very close to Jalan Alor, near restaurants, Indian food is good too. I stayed 4 days there and will definitely stay again for my next visit.

The room was comfy enough suitable for family's stay. There were 3 bedrooms and kitchenette which make us much easier to cook our own food. Yet, the WIFI connection unstable please make it better. Swimming pool was clean enjoy it a lot. Located nearby the famous Alor street, shopping centre, bukit bintang area only take 5-7 min walking distance. Highly recommended apartment.

Check-in time is fast, but you have to provide 300 RM or 1 million in cash for the deposit, because if you use KK, you can't open and refund the meal for 14 days. But when I check out, it's really long, even though it's only us. Make access to a good apartment, tight guard, use your own key to get in and out of the fence, not just anyone can enter. Large rooms, but a little need to be repaired, just when you want to enter the room, the smell is not good and make the bathroom, you can watch a little more cleanliness. The others are okay from the apartment looking for dinner close to Alor road. Record.
