the view from the hotel is really awesome, the hotel room is clean and quite spacious. so many tourist are staying in this hotel. the faciilites are top notch. definitely will be back to this hotel when I’m gonna going back to Kuala Lumpur. the location is really in the centre of the city. quite near to alor street. very lovely.

I came with family and I booked the room for 3. The hotel is very clean and spacious with a nice view. Close to everywhere, Central Market, Alor Street, Pavilion Mall, klcc park, Suria Mall, and Twin Tower. You can go by walk or Grab and very affordable.

The hotel is slightly away from the city center, but the area is very walkable and surrounded by many interesting local cafés and eateries. It’s within walking distance to Bukit Bintang and several shopping areas. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Wi-Fi connection was smooth and reliable. Beautiful view from the hotel, and the facilities are complete. Great value for a pleasant and convenient stay. Highly recommended!

Important Note

As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

General Check-in Instructions

Hotel will collect a deposit of RM200 upon check in. It will be refund once we checked the room condition when check out. Hotel is in the midst of applying WiFi, so the room currently doesn't come with the internet. !! Free internet is available at the lobby lounge and Level 36 business lounge area. Building's carpark is autopay machine Car Pay Parking System. Parking rate will be a flat rate of RM5 per entry when validated at the concierge counter with the room key card.
With the current recovery phrase – until further notice, kindly refer below for our operation changes: *Check In Time: 3pm – 9pm (Check In is not available after 9pm).
Please note that all new bookings are to comply with firm and resolute action & SOP to follows by traveller/guest who are fully vaccinated. All guests are required to present their individual MySejahtera COVID-19 Risk Status and Screenshot of proof of Covid-19 Vaccination Digital Certificate as "Fully Vaccinated" at reception counter upon arrival. The management reserved the right to refuse check-in on guest(s) exhibiting symptoms or being flagged by MySejahtera contact tracing system. Meanwhile, swimming pool & gym facilities are unavailable due to pandemic until further notice.
In the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic, Mykey Global Sdn Bhd are proactively taking extra steps to ensure safety and comfort for your stay. The place so nice ..good view and clean but little bit far from MRT/LRT station so you can use grab car all the time …check in and check out so easy only 5 minutes everything nice I will back later

The Aparthotel is located in a very nice neighbourhood, and the staff are all friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and tidy, making the stay very comfortable. It’s a bit far from major tourist attractions, but still within walking distance, about 7–10 minutes to Bukit Bintang. Overall, a pleasant stay!

I have stayed here for few times. So far okay, but towels are dirty (color dull grayish and with yellow spots, fabric not soft anymore) They could have changed it with new ones if they are old tho, common don’t be so stingy.

The room floor was dirty and a bit greasy when we arrived. I wiped it with a wet tissue and it was black. There were no tissues provided in the room (only one roll in the bathroom), and there were no small towels for wiping hands. There was also no warm water.

The hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. There's a 10% tax for foreign tourists and a RM 100 deposit. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable. The only downside was the AC leaking on the second night. Other than that, it's good.

The room is spacious, enough for us 3 adults and 1 baby, close to everywhere, very strategic, it's just a shame there's no drinking water, luckily there's a mart on the ground floor to buy drinks or food.

The rooms are clean, fully equipped with amenities such as hair dryer, iron. Depending on the room, there will be a washing machine. There is a big TV and a large kitchen for cooking. The view from the top floor is amazing, you can see all the big buildings in KL. There is a small 24/7 convenience store in the lobby, the price is reasonable. In general, a budget of about 500 fish per night for 1 person is okay!
