We are here for medical reasons, and this hotel happened to be near the hospital. Although the room space is not big and I only come back late to sleep, it is very clean, and most of all, the staff, all of them are very friendly and polite. Impressive.

A memorable experience. Staying at City Central Hotel was always greeted warmly by the staff and housekeeping. Everything was 100% top-notch. I will definitely be back again someday. The location is very strategic, close to KL Sentral station and bus terminal, close to malls and delicious food, 7-Eleven and Family Mart, so no worries about getting hungry in the middle of the night. It's very safe for solo travelers.

room are small but clean. When I stay there is a renovation work and the sound is annoying. the room is also non soundproof. you can hear your neighbor activities.
