The room we wanted wasn't available the first night due to some air conditioner issues. We went to a different property which was a condo, it was nice but a lot of mosquitoes and a bit on the outskirts. We requested if any available in Ramada and we were given 2 rooms. It was a bit smaller but much better. The area is just behind Changkat and almost walking distance from anywhere. Wati assisted us and is very pleasing and polite. Will definitely book this again on another event.

Bad hotels have an extra charge of cleaning up to RM 35 and check-out by 11am. The thin sheets and dirty toilets I recommend finding another hotel.
