Traveler Disaster!!!!!!
We booked 2 bedrooms unit for 5 people to stay 6 nights. We arrived at the property around 11pm, we were told they can only provide us a 1 bedroom unit with no other options. We were so helpless don’t know what to do since we were traveling from other country. After 11 hours flight with 2 kid and a senior end up we have to squeezed in a 1 bedroom unit. The host did not motivate to take care of the refund. So I have to contact Expedia every day to work on the partial refund. It took me 5 days to communicated with Expedia to the get the partial refund. What a nightmare!!

Room not made up properly upon check in.
Wet toilet. Unwashed bathtub with pool of water and hair in it.
Stained sheets.
Table top with ants.
