more like a 1 bedroom apartment model. but spacious enough for a family of five. in addition to a fairly large bed, there is also a spacious and comfortable sofa bed to sleep on. strategic location very close to KL tower, Jalan Alor, Dataran Merdeka. all just walking distance. the room view is also no less cool, you can directly see KL tower and the Petronas twin towers from the room window

It was a pleasant day staying in Ceylonz. The staff was really polite and helpful. Moreover, the location is very strategic, the closest LRT station is Masjid Jamek, approximately 7 mins by walk. The price includes some facilities like a gym, infinity pool, basic toiletries, towel, etc. The good thing was I even got a free upgrade to the room that I rented so that I could do the laundry. I also had a very good city view and was enjoying the gym and infinity pool with the Kuala Lumpur city's background that much. Looking forward to coming back there again ☺.

Check in is done online or via what’s app- staff were actually super helpful to help me check in early and helping me locate my missing bag! The location is very central and the rooms were large and great to have a fridge! Only downside was I had absolutely no view so recommend asking for a high up floor! The views from the infinity pool were amazing although not really anywhere to lie as only 5 loungers in total for what is a very busy apartment/ hotel!

We were very happy to staycation here. The location is at Bukit Ceylon which is considered a prime area. The hilly street, the city forest with greenery, and the lush environment even make the suite look fantastic. The gym and pool are the best facilities. You can gym with a 37-floor incredible view. The infinity pool will definitely give us the best experience. We can spend the whole day at the pool and sky garden area. The staff is good, especially the manager in charge (a Chinese guy...sorry I forgot to ask his name). He gave us the solution when my wife got her ankle twisted by giving us a temporary wheelchair. My feedback to management, please provide a proper wheelchair. Since it's basically a serviced apartment, you have to ask when the room and amenities need to be tidied up. The rest is very good. Will come back again for sure.

Good view and comfort, but there was no daily cleaning. We had an AC noise, especially at night. The water from the shower goes out of the shower space. You can easily hear your neighbors.

I had a night flight so I arrived at midnight, and you can request a midnight check-in🫰🏻, the room facilities are complete, there is a bilabila market in the lobby, the pool has a beautiful view, this will be a regular customer, good🫰🏻

The room and service are excellent, only there are no towel hangers in the bathroom or in the room. If possible, a drying rack should be provided in the room because it is difficult to take a shower, there are no hangers, otherwise everything is ok.

A pleasant experience. The hotel is nice and has complete facilities. Atmosphere/Facilities: The atmosphere is peaceful, there's a kitchenette, so you can cook, store food in the refrigerator, and the best part is that there's a washing machine, so there's no drama of having to pile up dirty clothes after your vacation. Staff Assistance: The staff is friendly. We once had an incident where the door suddenly wouldn't open due to our own fault, and the staff immediately came and helped us. Highlights: Beautiful view, iconic KL look. Price: Affordable. Location: Strategically located close to tourist attractions like Petaling Street, etc.
