We were very happy to stay at Four Points KLCC. Nice hotel to stay, clean room as well. Huge outdoor pool and indoor & outdoor kids' playground. Strategic location near to KLCC, Petronas Tower, and Bukit Bintang.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur City Centre, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Here are some highlights of my stay: 1. Good Breakfast: The breakfast was a great start to each day. The variety and quality of the food were impressive, catering to all tastes and dietary needs. Fresh fruits, a range of pastries, hot dishes, as well as the cold-press juices, the best! The friendly staff and the pleasant dining atmosphere added to the overall enjoyment of the meal. 2. Amazing Swimming Pools: The swimming pools were truly amazing. The pools were well-maintained and offered a refreshing escape from the heat. Whether you're looking to do some water sliding (slides), splash around with the kids (kids pool park), or simply relax in the water (relaxing floats), these pools cater to all needs. Kids enjoyed the most! The poolside environment was clean and inviting, with plenty of loungers and shade available. 3. Relaxing Cabana: One of the highlights of my stay was the relaxing cabana. The cabana provided a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some peace and quiet. It was well-furnished, comfortable, and offered a bit of luxury with its private feel. Spending an afternoon here with a good book and a cool drink was the ultimate relaxation experience. 4. Delightful Pool Menu: The pool menu was delightful. It offered a great selection of snacks, light meals, and refreshing beverages. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, making it easy to spend the whole day by the pool without needing to leave for meals. The staff was attentive and ensured that all orders were promptly delivered, adding to the overall positive experience. Overall, my stay at Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur City Centre exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

At check-in, I asked if the room I booked has any special view which the staff said no. Few seconds after that, she said she moved my room to the one with the twin tower view due to low occupancy. How nice. My daughter and spouse were absolutely loved the view. Thank you

Amazing place for a family - the pool, playground, clubhouse and food was amazing! We received a welcome gift for the kiddos and the kiddos loved their time here. Will definitely come back again!

Hotel ambient was good. The lady Ms Iman was good to upgrade my stay with a good view to the twin tower. Really appreciated and enjoyed my stay at Four point Sheraton city center.
