The location is great, right next to Gleneagles Hospital, within walking distance. Staying here feels like home. Everything is provided, including a full range of cooking and eating utensils, along with a washing machine and detergent. We'd stay here again if we were in Penang for a medical checkup.

The hotel & facility are quite fascinating. It's clean and provides some private luxury for travelers, such as sandals and a cooler—a choice for seniors who like fans versus AC for new kids 😁. The view is excellent, true sea view 👍. Very recommended for family ✅ #free internet & ipTV makes a super excellent bonus.

Clean, comfortable, relax like home. Convenient walk to Gleneagles hospital, within 3 km 10-15min car can find nearby food, shopping, and tourist spots. The host provided very good service, fast response in assisting any questions, feel like home and enjoy the stay, will stay here again next visit!

After arrive, register at security ,then go to mailbox area to get the key. For guest who travel with own transport, you can part at front of the building and go to register and take the key. it have 2 access card, one for entrance access another for car parking access. After get key only drive to parking area.

Overall the apartment is very good with all amenities. However, there is just one small problem...lots of little cockroaches, and not just in the bathroom.

Great location, 2min walk to gleaneagle, very friendly and helpful staff, definitely stay again. Good service and price with complete kitchen for cooking, nice and clean sea view.
