The hotel room and surroundings are clean. The room is quite small, but comfortable enough for two people. All facilities are provided, except that the hotel parking area is a bit difficult. But don’t worry, there’s paid parking available in front of the hotel, and there are plenty of parking spaces there. There are many eateries (mamak restaurants) nearby, and if you don’t mind walking, it’s about a 3-minute walk to Sunway Pyramid Mall.

The staff was responsive when contacted via WhatsApp when they wanted to confirm that they would be checking in late. Then, when they arrived at the hotel, they were able to check in smoothly using the check-in machine. The room was quite nice and clean, plus there were good facilities such as a water dispenser and a game machine.

The hotel is very close to Sunway Lagoon and Pyramid Mall. There are many food stalls nearby, especially Nasi Kandar, and there are also mini markets. The only difficulty is getting around, you have to take a taxi.

the room is uncomfortable, dirty, lots of hair on the sheets and on the floor like it hasn't been cleaned the sheets are dirty, there are still lots of hair from previous guests, it's possible the sheets weren't changed, and if anyone wants to stay overnight they have to prepare their own toothpaste and toothbrush as well as water because there are no service staff on standby hopefully in the future it can be considered again. I checked in at 3 pm and checked out at 12 midnight on the same day even though I had booked for 4 nights.

Not recommended. Nobody to help you check in, if you got problem you should call the hotel staff by phone. Room very small, we are 2 person, no place to hang our cloths, key room only get 1, so if you want to go out and others one in room, you can't take a key with you, if want to get in to hotel should call a staff or ask your friend go down to open Door for you. Better book a hotel next to this GG hotel
