Very clean

No bar fridge in the room. Corners of the room were a little dusty. Other aspects were good. Towels changed daily automatically.

Staffs are friendly with smile face & family room was quite huge & clean. Excellent staying

Many available rooms but the family rooms without windows view. Breakfast only ala carte even in the web said buffet.

Near to the town. Ample parking space. Big family room.

Quite a new hotel. Reception is friendly. Plenty 9f parking lots. Our family room is spaces, but too much empty spaces without fittings. Breakfast is ala carte with limited choices.

Easy to reach

rooms floor interior is using tiles. Preferable to use carpet. TV channels are not clear may be of using analog antenna. Breakfast restaurant not displaying HALAL logo.

Strategic location.

The surrounding area is quiet, might be a good or bad thing depending on your preference. It is also near the main town of Teluk Intan, around 10 mins via MyCar (their version of Grab), cheap and affordable transport. There is a row of small outdoor eateries just beside the hotel, which is great for late night dining till 1AM, including food items like seafood and local cuisine. What we didn’t like: The lighting in the corridors and main area should be more cheerful as it’s currently quite dim and unpleasant. The rooms should be better lit as well. The TVs in the room have poor reception and thus the channels turn out grainy with poor resolution. There is no wardrobe in the room, just a simple hanger rack with 3 hangers and a small table-looking stand to put your bags on. The lifts in the hotel could be in a better shape with better lighting. Also, we were only provided 1 single keycard for the rooms. We should have 1 more extra, just in case, like in most hotels. In the rooms, there is no ironing board and iron. There is only 1 common ironing set which is fixed in the corridor. Therefore it is inconvenient to iron our clothes as we have to walk a distance to iron our stuff. A solution could be to have 1 ironing set in each room or to allow for loan of the common iron set.

The room and hotel stay was pleasing. But just 1 thing that was quite bothering. The initial check in process is taking quite some time. I was waiting for almost 20 minutes to check in and in front of me there were only 2 people. I feel the service at the front desk can be improved. Thank you.
