Take a bus from Kota Kinabalu. We only had 12 hours to travel because we had to travel onward. I want to see long-nosed monkeys. But the bus arrived in the evening and couldn't make it in time. Makes it possible to just walk around and explore and eat KFC.. Met the police who helped call a car to take us to the accommodation. It's not difficult to find, but the accommodation is check-in via whatsapp. Get the code to enter the room. There were very few people staying. good roommate But we couldn't talk for long because I had a headache and wanted to sleep. And wake up early to catch the bus. The bathroom water flows very slowly. There is a kitchen and a place to dry clothes. Worth the price but not worth staying in at all. Will go again next time ✨👋🏻

I'm extremely and gratefully satisfied with the service, room and price. Each bed was big enough and the shower-cum-toilet was clean and most importantly bright enough. They have white bread, planta and jam for breakfast which you can make toast with. The curtain for the bed capsule is a little short so you'll need to use a towel or blanket to cover the opening to have enough privacy but overall, I rate 5 stars for this place. Very worth it for those on a budget and don't need much but a place to sleep for the night.

Everything is very good! Antie Bong is very friendly and helpful! I have a flight in the late evening and they let me stay for a half day left without charge! It's very near by the water front, bus, ferry station, city hall and the biggest mall in town! Would like to stay again if I have a chance and recommend to stay!

The hostel is okay, not really expecting something extravagant or what. However, the experience could have been great if the auntie who is staying and cleaning the place is helpful, friendly, and accommodating even if she couldn't speak English. To be fair though, the other girl at the counter is the opposite of her.

1) Love the individual, private space however the curtain is really thin that someone who walks pass by could see you inside. So bring extra towel to hang over the curtain pole 2) It's so freaking warm as there's only a wall fan. I think that's the reason why the curtain is thin. Please support them so they can afford to get an aircond for the already cozy room 3) There's a locker underneath your bed which could fit 65-70L backpack 4) The toilets & bathrooms are clean and separated into ladies & gents. No toiletries. So bring your own soap & shampoo 5) You can have coffee & tea all day long 6) The building is on the 1st floor. It's right in the city centre, just next to the main poslaju & national Bank (Bank Negara) and close to the mall which offers cheap movie ticket (RM 6-8) and right behind in 5 minutes walk you'll reach fast food outlets call Todak (swordfish) seafood 7) The WiFi is really fast so it's a plus point. Ps. People don't pick this hostel for socializing. If you want to socialise, please book other hostels which don't have curtains. People want some space & privacy without having to burn much hole in their pocket.
