Holiday Inn & Suites PENANG PRAI by IHG, an IHG Hotel

The staff was very friendly and the place was really clean.

I had a pleasant stay at Holiday Inn and Suites Penang, where the convenient location, spacious and comfortable room, and friendly, professional staff made the experience enjoyable. The atmosphere was welcoming, housekeeping kept everything clean, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of local and international options.

New hotel. Actually it's quite pleasant to stay here. Only the food, both breakfast and alacarte, is very bad. The soup served has additional vitamins. We also understand by not asking for a replacement. Because there are vitamins, we finally call the food with Grab. However, we still told the hotel, if the soup served has flies, with good intentions, so that they pay more attention to cleanliness. The hotel did not accept it, instead arguing that the flies were from the food we bought from outside. Even though we bought food after being served the soup that had flies. The hotel said they would not be responsible if we got sick from the food. Funny! We stayed here for 6 days. And every day for breakfast, we were accompanied by flies flying here and there. Still thinking that we deliberately put the flies in the bowl.
