The location is located in the center of George Town, the location is close to everywhere, if you want to find halal food, there is Nasi Kandar, close to the Kapitan Keling Mosque, very close to Armenian Street, and just walk to Chew Jeti, if you want to take Rapid Penang, it's easy, pass and stop near the hotel, near 7 Eleven, and there is a supermarket, but don't be surprised if there are many foreigners around the hotel.

Check-in was smooth and efficent and staff there was very helpful, especially the lady working at counter who later we found out is the female boss was very helpful with directions and suggestions. The housekeeping was done very well, even though he or she forgot to provide us with free bottled water after we check-in to our room and forgot to change our towel after staying 1 night. Overall was a very pleasant stay at the hotel.

There are rats in the room.. I even asked to move rooms, but in the new room there are also rats.. Not just one rat, but more than one, the wardrobe is old and rotten at the bottom, becoming a place for rats to nest. It's really unfortunate that it could be like this, even though I've been a regular for decades when I come to Penang, I definitely stay here.. Very disappointed.
