This hotel make me disappointed that I pay for very high price just to rest in the hotel hoping a better air conditioner will give me a good rest but what I have is very hot room and I was plan to stay from 12am midnight to 6am only that is 6 hour and I was very tired to ask for a room changing I though when I wait a little bit longer the room will be cold but its very hot and I cannot fix the air conditioner. If I can ask for refund I would request for refund that I got zero rating for this room with bad air conditioner. Very hot not worth the price.

The hotel receptionist actually share with me some knowledge of nearby must go places of interest and even offered to help search for places I wanted to go. Very friendly. The room is huge and comfortable

It was stated in the websites that the pool is undergoing repair till end of the year 2023 but it was not actually. Maybe there should be a person in charge of updating the hotel websites or let the guest call the hotel to seek the updated status.
