Great location, friendly staff, spacious and clean room with comfortable pillows and mattress. Hot water worked perfectly, fast Wi-Fi, and the property is environmentally friendly.

Stayed at this hotel for the 2nd time because it's close to the shopping center (Nu Sentral Mall), easy transportation access (bus to airport, train station LRT, MRT, KLIA express) and the hotel staff are very friendly.

It was really close to Kuala Lumpur Sentral, which made it really easy to commute with any kind of transportation. Breakfast was great, kept us full till our next destination. The room was spacious & clean. The price was great for all the benefits it offered. Great experience!

This is my third stay here with the same room request. The room is very nice, perhaps newly renovated, and the bathroom amenities are now very good. This hotel is highly recommended because it is close to the mall and transportation hub (MRT, LRT, KTM, Train and Bus to the airport). We don't need a deposit but still pay a government tax of MYR 10/room/night. Check-in and out are very fast and the staff are very friendly. Each floor has a water dispenser for refilling water.

room was clean. bed was clean. bathroom was clean. blanket was thick and nice. view was good. room looks old so the carpet and some wooden thing at the bottom of the wall was abit damaged. overall room was clean and good. i stayed at 8th floor. price was reasonable. staffs were so nice.
requested for non smoking room but i smelled cigar smoke as i entered the room. and when i tried to lock the door from inside, lock alarm was going off. dunno why.
very easy access. lots of foods around the area. few minutes to walk to nu sentral. love the area here.
thank you. i had a pretty nice stay.

Very strategic place for stay,,
But i don't know why front desk service getting
Down n not fast anymore,,
The point is why guests should be wait till 3 pm for starting chek in then long line queue,,
Why not let the guest chek in from 2pm like other hotel,, some hotel in KL they just let them go in if the room was ready,,
