Lots of food options in and right outside around the hotel. Bed comfort was alright. It wasn't the best as it was a little hard.

The hotel staff were fantastic and really couldn't do enough for you. The facilities were top rate and the breakfast was plentiful with a fantastic choice of hot and cold, Asian and Western dishes.

Friendly staff. Housekeeping was great. Deluxe king room was very spacious. Shower (rain overhead faucet) was great. Provided free bottle filter water was an additional touch to the hot and humid weather. value was acceptable and worth it. My suite did have a clear view of the exterior due to fascia and not balcony. I was fine with the design as I would have faced the other towers acrossed the street. If you want a view then you may have to booked an upgrade if available. The view of the KL at night was wonderful…got some great photos. Booked online via Expedia.ca. I was emailed that I did not have to pay the nightly non resident tax (10RM/night). But this was not the case. I had to pay as the check-in staff had no idea regarding this even though I showed them the email from Expedia.ca. So far no response from Expedia. ☹️

Great base to explore KL. Modern rooms, rooftop pool is very nice. Limited sun loungers which were frequently all occupied so might be good to think about how to manage this.
