The room was dirty and very small, different than showed in the picture, the toilet no lid on the water tank, bathroom and toilet seemed not being cleaned for ages, very disappointed, came far from other country for holiday and found this hotel inn like this. Online agent was quiet popular but too bad you did recommend this kind of place to stay. Of course as customer we will choose the low price as you listed but with decent quality. Hope next time you survey before you include in your list.

The hotel is far from Bintang Hill, the city center so I checked in here 3 nights but only two nights because I was lazy far away and the stairs were really high, then we ordered for 4 people but only gave a single mattress for 2 people.

The room is very dirty, bed sheets, blankets, not too old. The dust is full, touch hands and the dust comes out very black. The service is very good ** ** Uses very bad words Angry at customers Just because the number of hotel reservations is unclear Is this the customer wrong? Isn't he punishing my own eyes? The service is less pleasant, at the time of check-in the receptionist is not friendly in welcoming, and has requested a latecheck-out even at the time of check-out a fine of 10 Ringgit is imposed.

My experience in this hotel is pleasant, according to the price offered. The room is clean, suitable for backpackers. Friendly service. Only to go up to the top floor there is no elevator, only using stairs, but it doesn't matter, as well as sports, right? The hotel is also near the Pudu Monorail Station, only about 10 minutes on foot, so it's easy to go anywhere

We were on a 6 days CNY holiday trip to KL, arrived very early in the morning and it was actually way before the check in time. Warmly greeted by the receptionist that let us check in earlier with additional price which wasn't a problem. My family and I obviously expected the room to be as good as what it shown on the app, but it turned out to be surprisingly disappointing a super messy room looked like just left by another guest that left tonnes of long hair on the floor, the air conditioner it self looks pretty old and doesn't really work it takes a long time for it to get the room's temperature as we wanted. Electric socket was broken and fixed on the 3rd day. On the flip side, its located at a good location takes 6 minutes walk to the nearest mall.

The room that we ordered the family room on the 3rd floor, very tiring, conditions until midnight sleepy by carrying a child who was sleeping and carrying a suitcase, back and forth up and down the stairs, the hotel clerk did not help us lift the suitcase, he just gave the key while saying the room was on the 3rd floor and ignorant, did not bring it to show us to the room.

Room facilities are exactly like the one in the photo, according to the price too. The bathroom is clean there is a water heater. There is no additional deposit or tax so the vacation can be more economical. From LRT Hang Tuah just walk to the right follow the sidewalk about 10 minutes walk. The drawback is going up to the 3rd floor, there is no elevator and around the hotel it is difficult to find food. But overall it's ok with really cheap prices. Suitable for backpackers.
